Food is usually cold when we get there after ordering online. And my God the service is ugh. Specifically the tall black girl who works here with the glasses. She’s horrid and acted like being polite or smiling would kill her. I’m here now. Deoending on what kind of food/service I encounter tonight, I’ll be updating.

This place was a joke. I came to visit family in Palmdale and decided to call in to order. I was placed on hold. I arrived to the store 10 minutes later and sat in my car for a couple minutes waiting to see if they would answer the phone. I walked in and asked what was the phone number of the store. The employee Gabriel finally told me the phone number after looking around for it, so I showed him the phone. He had the balls to say i was helping a customer when i was watching all the employees talking in the back. Poor Gabriel he needs some help in the service department. Took 30 minutes to get my order, fries were so burnt it was a waste of time for me.

I live about 3 miles from this wing stop .I’d take the extra time to drive 10 minutes away to a different wing stop. They charge for everything .I bought 45 dollars worth of wings, drinks and fries and they still want to charge me for sauce and ranch? Shouldn’t that come with my wings since they over cooked it and made it dry? Anyways I’d never go into this wingstop again. But staff was funny and service was OK

Honestly I still come to this location because it’s the closest to my house and the wings are pretty good. but the service is HORRIBLE! it’s always a long wait even if it’s packed or not when u go in. so you would think it’s better to call in your order but no!!! Every time I call they either don’t even answer or they put you on hold for half an hour or more. Trust me I understand it gets busy but they don’t even bother to get back on the phone and tell u to keep waiting or something, they just completely forget about you and then there just rude about it. When it first opened it was great and now I just feel they hire anyone and it makes me not want to even come here because the staff is rude and just don’t care to be honest. They either need new management to hire new staff or the staff needs to get trained

The staff used to be so friendly but lately when I’ve gone, they have been so rude! They hire just about anyone to be honest. They don’t clean as much either, they just let the tables pile up with food. I never understand why it takes so long for the food to come out. My boyfriend and I literally wait almost 25 mins or more for 5 wings each.

First, they wouldn’t turn on the sports game I requested after finding what channel it was myself. They never season the fries anymore and I asked for my wings extra wet they gave my dry wings. I could understand if it only happens once in a while but it’s all the time. The service sucks and I feel like I’m a bother when I go in.

I’ve visited this one twice. The staff is very immature and unprofessional. The oil smells awful like it’s not being changed enough, a few times I decided to give them another chance but when I walked in and smelled dirty grease it’s a sure fire way to take that wing craving away! Dirty oil and fried chicken don’t mix! I don’t understand how they get away with serving those beans without cooking them. Typically I Love these beans. And why do I have to pay for a dipping sauce. I love wing stops potato salad but I’m afraid to eat it from this one. The veggie sticks and bleu are about the only thing constant in that place. It’s a shame that when I have fried chicken crave. I can’t stop in wing stop. At least not in Palmdale!

I don’t know if the staff is very tired, they don’t care or they just don’t know how to take people orders right but their service is not acceptable. They charge me as a combo instead of giving me the wings for 60 cents each. If it wasn’t for me checking the price of the order they would of rip me off. I think these workers aren’t capable to do a job over the phone.

My message sent to corporate: Ordered via mobile app, picked up, got home, ate a piece o chicken, it seemed ½ way raw. I grabbed another, ate ½ the piece, it also seemed ½ way raw. Grabbed a 3rd piece, of a different flavor, to see if all were undercooked. It, too, seemed ½ raw, not as bad as the 1st two though. Feeling nauseous after eating undercooked chicken, I googled what to expect. I did not like what I saw. I called the store and spoke to Richard, told him of the situation and let him know I understand this can happen occasionally and MYONLYCONCERN was that I didn’t want to pay for something I was unable to eat. Richard told me to come back and they would replace it. I told Richard that now, not only was I not feeling well(probably just in my mind since little time had passed for me to be sick from the undercooked chicken) and I not only was not going to drive the 6 – 7 miles back to replace it today for that reason and also because«the thought of eating chicken now sounds completely unappealing». Richard told me I «had to keep the ½ cooked chicken until I was able to return it and only had one week to do that». I told Richard I was NOT going to keep ½ cooked chicken in my refrigerator so that any possible salmonella might affect other food in there and I was not sure if I’d make it back within 7 days either, I just didn’t know when, and there was no way I was keeping unrefrigerated chicken in my house for 7 days or longer. He said, in effect, «too bad, that’s our policy». Order # on the mobile app is 23413604. I would like this order replaced when I’M ABLETOGETBACKTHERE, NOTWHENYOUDEMANDIT, please. I will gladly take a picture of the chicken and send to you if you respond and ask for it within a day, just to show you I did not eat it and this is not a ploy to get free food, but I will not keep the chicken past tomorrow morning since I don’t feel comfortable keeping it in my refrigerator. I offered to take a pic for Richard of the chicken in my trash bin to no avail, it was still«our way or the highway».

This one is by far the WORST wingstop! It only took a couple of visits(should have learned the first time around) to just give up on this location. Rude, useless employees and for some reason the manager is never there he/she is either out or busy somewhere gone missing in action REALLY ??? I ordered online showed up ten minutes after it was supposed to be ready and it was never even started. Oh but the pretty young ladies and the«homies» get hooked up, I’m a paying customer. When I asked the«employee» I was approached rudely and it seemed like they were doing me a favor by making my order and got upset for interrupting their ongoing chin chat. The food is good but the useless arrogant crew and lack of management has made this location one to be skipped even if it was the last place on earth open to buy food in general. It really sucks that we don’t have a negative star or the crap emoji; and after reading other reviews NOONEHASANDWILLNOTDOANYTHINGABOUTTHIS; they will continue to do as they have since the wings pretty much sell themselves. I really hope something is done about this and reliable hard working respectful individuals are hired to do something as simple as deep frying wings and fries but above all show respect to the people on the other side of the counter who are pretty much paying your check!!! DOYOURJOB!!! if not just shut it down and called it a day I’m sure it won’t be missed perhaps you might even be doing yourselves a favor.

I’m sure the wings are great as I’m taking it to go, but looking at this place it’s not clean and they have 4 workers and they have one just standing around. Clean up you’re place please. Not like the other wings stop I’ve been too… this place is not up to the wing stop standards. I leave for like 2 years and come back and the place is a dump what the hell happen to this place. If you are reading this and your the main manager check the cameras and look at what the workers are doing… So sad to see this place go down.

The associates weren’t friendly. They charge you 89 cents for each ranch. It doesn’t come with sauce. There was a bone in my boneless wings and they were sitting in a pile of grease. The tables weren’t clean. Wouldn’t come here again, very disappointed. I’ll be sticking to bww(:

Been here a year or more ago. Wasn’t a fan of it. Had a boneless meal of wings. And they weren’t my favorite. But yesterday I decided to give it another shot. Since my partner wanted to. And let me just say I love the Atomic bone in wings. Delicious we went two days in a row. The main cashier in this Wing-Stop is hilarious and treats you well. I usually write the name of the employees, on my reviews but I seem to missed and asked this older cashier for his name. It’s a great place to eat cheap really great wings.

LOVEWINGSTOP… Unfortunately, the Antelope Valley ones, this establishment in particular, fail at keeping uniformity and customer appreciation in the franchise. 1. They ALWAYS get my order wrong… whether I order through the phone, online or literally right in front of them. 2. When the crew was confronted about the botched order, at the time… I was treated like an idiot, they scoffed, rolled their eyes, literally complained about failing to read an order form and fulfill their task. I gave up with attempting to reach my point across that missing fries on a meal, is not a meal. «It’s just fries they said, no big deal.» Yeah, no big deal, if the AV was not as big and my truck not a V8. 3. Finally, on my last«make it or break it» order, I specifically asked to place an order with the person in charge of the crew, in hopes to receive the items I paid for… Long story shorter, nope. Incompetent, over-glorified, machismo driven teenage assistant manager, or maybe I was lied to and it was not a manager, just some other kid trying to be tough. I would recommend this particular wingstop to people who have the patience and mediocrity to accept what they want to give you and not what you pay for.

I had lunch here for the first time today. I arrived just after 11:00 and there was only one customer ahead of me so there was no wait in ordering. I decided on the 8 Wing Combo which allows you to choose two flavors, I chose 4 Hickory Smoked BBQ and 4 Louisiana Rub, it is served with Seasoned Fries, Dip, and a 20 oz drink. My wait was short, only about 10 minutes but I was here early, others have mentioned long wait times, perhaps that occurs later in the day. When my name was called I went to pick up the tray and had my drink refilled, I didn’t have a problem with service that others have mentioned. Both flavors were very good, the Hickory had a rich smoky flavor and the Louisiana Rub had a slight kick to it. The chicken was tender, hot, and juicy, the fries are the way I prefer them with the skins on. You get a good amount of food for the price. I was dining in so I took a seat. The restaurant is done up in an aviation theme, with photos and schematics of vintage aircraft and pilots along with a couple of propellers and parts of wings and control surfaces. The floors are finished concrete, the ceilings are open with exposed ducting and there are hanging lamps over each table. There is seating for 26 inside at four 4 place tables, two 2 place tables, and one large 6 place table. One of the Unilocal tips mentioned the smell of urine and I did detect a hint of it when I first entered but I could no longer detect it after a couple of minutes. I checked the bathroom to see if this was the source of the offending odor but it wasn’t. Like I said, I could no longer detect it after a few minutes so I’m not sure what it was. Also mentioned was the condition of the bathrooms, it was clean when I checked but it is in serious need of a remodel. One problem I did notice in the bathroom is that lowlifes are marking their territory by tagging the walls and scratching their nonsense into the sinks. I would imagine that it is somewhat difficult to keep the bathrooms looking nice when animals are constantly trying to destroy it. In conclusion the wings are good and I can confidently recommend them. As for slow or bad service, I did not experience either of these but I did arrive early.
