This is the saddest excuse for a fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. Even during what I would consider a moderately busy time, people waited 20 – 30 mins for a simple meal and even more for the family meals. There was no ice, no lids, and apparently a shortage of food and or staff. The only thing saving it from a one star rating is the friendliness and good attitudes of the employees. Clearly they were dealing with a shortage in resources of some kind. I would’ve thought waiting as long as I did would’ve meant fresher food. Didn’t taste like it. Avoid.

DISAPPOINTING Cursed. Bad Training. Hire better staff. Not sure what it is about this one location. Food is fine. I bet money this place should be performing better than what its doing now. I’ve seen long lines in drive through at El Pollo Loco and Popeyes daily. This place not so. There’s really no competition close and yet this place sucks. After reading the comments and seeing its rating, I am not surprised. My experience I assumed it was simple mistake and my unfortunate luck. Yet, after this latest incident TODAY, I felt compelled to download this app and share my disappointment. It was a simple order. One piece of chicken meal and they messed it up. If it was busy, I would give a pass. Yet, again, I am let down. No lines and no one inside during lunch time. First red flag. Open my meal and I get the wrong type. Extra crispy is not hard to miss. The biscuit was laughable. It was the same size of the cookie you gave me. Next time I’ll take picture, but my dog thought it was a scooby snack it was so tiny. Extra butter and honey means more than one packet total. Oh, yeah no receipt, too. THISISTROUBLINGBECAUSEYOURDRIVEINPERSONCOULDBEPOCKETINGTHECASH. I can write with some experience when I worked in high school decades ago, this place falls short. Other mishaps from other visits, i will list because this may be the reason for the lack of traffic at this location. Dry chicken, which means its been sittting in oven too long. Tiny biscuits means you overworking the dough. There are the few times the wrong sides given. Can I ask why is counting chicken pieces so hard? Don’t you guys double check the order before handing it to the customers? Drinks had no syrup and the staff had attitude when I brought food back because order has been wrong. I’ve called your hotline a few times. I left my comments. I even boycotted for a year because of poor service. Still I shake my head. Location is prime. Food – when right – is fine. Price compares to some other chicken joints. So, I thought it could be KFC karma. After reading comments and lack of lines during peak times, well, I dunno. Maybe why the other places are busier because they are listening to customers and consistently, getting orders right. Call me an optomist because I was hoping for you can get one piece of chicken right. Well, you guys are consistent. Four out of five times, you get the order wrong. KFC Avenue S, you suck.

What a disapointment! The customer service is awful, the supervisor/manager with the name of Marie should be in the back only she has no business being in the front counter with her poor management skills she has, she is unprofessional and is rude. After spending so much money during my visit they could have double checked my order. People like her should just stay home if they are so unhappy with their job. So sad…

Today I went through the drive thru, ordered the popcorn nuggets $ 5 fill up with mashed potatoes and raspberry iced tea. Upon arriving home and looking in the bag I noticed I received no biscuit which does come with this meal and no utensils. The popcorn nuggets were ok and mashed potatoes had an unusual consistency and odd taste. It was harder than usual(perhaps undercooked?) It also came in a much smaller container than usual. I asked for a raspberry iced tea which was correct on the receipt but what was in my cup was coke. Very disappointed with the food and attention(or lack thereof) given to it. The girl taking my order also had a hard time taking it and seemed incompetent.

By far the worst KFC I’ve ever been to! I dislike giving bad ratings, specially when I really like the food but come on! The customer service skills we received last night was, excuse the word but I can’t describe it any other way, ghetto! «What are you talking about?» «What do you want» «we don’t have that» all that was said when we asked for a «16 piece mix ‘party pack’(that’s how it was labeled on line). This negative rating could’ve been easily avoided with simply courtesy. Oh and to top off the customer service, I also got a lot of «we don’t have that» «we ran out of that», wait, what!!! It was 6pm! Aren’t they suppose to have that ready? There was no time given of when the food we asked for would be ready(if it was in the process). Not to mention that they didn’t bother to mention that they were out of chocolate cake, and just gave me a lemon one(which we don’t even like). Hope they get better before they loose all their clientele.

I dont understand why they couldnt give me the meal deal on the coupon that Unilocal offers? When it says show an owner or employee you’re phone with the Unilocal coupon and yet she tells me i need to print it out… its getting tiring with people being crappy in this world

Another disappointing meal in the Antelope Valley. I checked into Unilocal and received a check in promotion for a free go cup. We placed an order via the drive thru and were advised that they could not honor the promotion because I could not physically provide the promotion. I informed the person that it clearly states to just show it to the employee to redeem the offer. We had to pull to the side and wait for part of our order to finish cooking. After we received our food the go cup was in the bag. It was however cleared mistakenly placed with our order because it also included a drink and we did not get it. Sometimes we don’t feel like cooking after work and get something quick. Now make it an effort to get food in the valley before we drive up to Palmdale.

Y did we come here on a freaking Saturday night at 9:30pm. Only to be told it will be a wait on their 12 piece special. Not just a wait but a 13min wait unless we wanted grilled chicken.
