We waited 45 minutes for our pizza, when we were told
It would on take 20 mins. What’s really upsetting is after that long wait we got short changed. We payed for an extra large pizza. Thinking we got an extra large like ordered they put a large pizza in an extra large box. Thieves!

I wish i would have gone to Unilocal first before ordering here. It took an 1 ½ hrs to get my pizza and it was cold and soggy. POS place. ordered my pizza at 1:50 pm, i got my pizza at 3:20 pm. What a fkn joke! I asked the driver what took so long, he said he wasnt at liberty to say. Please just go to Lil Ceasars, save time and money.

Really love this location. They always seem to make the pizza well and I called after they were technically closed but the girl working there made my pizza for me anyway! That’s customer service! Thank you!
Plus they have a drive thru window! How cool is that?!

I have the most annoying time ordering online. My location is on the borderline of 2 different locations and the website gets confused. The only one it lets me order online for delivery always ends up calling me and saying they don’t deliver here so I have to go pick it up. The one that I can only carry out for is the only one that actually delivers here. They really need to fix their $#!7 because I have to call either way to tell them to change it.

Order a sandwich for pick-​up 90 min. ahead of the time I wanted it. On the way there, I get a call saying «sorry, I don’t have anymore sandwiches». WTF.
Do your self a favor and order from some place else.

They must be stepping up their customer service since these reviews have been posted because I had a coupon that they technically weren’t supposed to honor, but did so anyway. I was supposed to get a buy 1 large, get 1 medium free. Since the computer couldn’t read it I ended up getting large instead of medium for free. No complaints here.

Horrible customer service! Placed my order trough the app, was notified my order was ready. Got to the drive thru window and waited 15min before even being noticed. Never saw the cashier again once I told her my name. Had to park, go inside to ask about my order! To find out they had messed up on my order. Go figure. Won’t be dealing with carry out ever again

By far the worse experience ever, so called general store Manager ANA, has no customer service skills. I ordered a pizza and I called them back after an hour of placing my order and they had delivered to someone else at a different address. She gave me attitude from the start and this ANA person must have forgotten to put me on hold or mute and I heard her say, Está por una PUTA pizza! I am definitely filling a formal complaint against her.

Good food, especially the pasta. Delivery people are always nice. My order is always delivered quickly– usually 20 – 25 minutes. And on top of that, dominos has a sale going on right now!

Bad customer service, I ordered on line. When I got there to pick up my order I had to let the cashier know I was at the counter. She was rude and seemed upset. When I placed my order (on line) it told me to have my credit card and id ready to verify, she didn’t even check none. That means anybody can get it, which makes me worry. Never again will I come in to this place. And just to let you know Domino’s cashiers we pay for our food, it’s not 4 free and that’s also how you get your paycheck. Not happy working here? Find another job!

Get pizza here all the time always been treated respectfully. And I always get the same delivery guy and he is funny and courteous. I’m 22 he’s older and calls me sir or boss. Pizza has alway tasted fantastic.

Worst place to go get pizza. I ordered pizza from this place and asked them since I didn’t know the address if they could still deliver the food. The lady said yes it was ok since she knew the place 1 he later I call asking for the food and the lady said her driver didn’t know where the Palmdale hospital was located at. Therefore she couldn’t deliver the food. Thanks for your help lady also she wouldn’t even give her name. You suck dominos I really hope you guys get your act together

Customer service sucks here n the girls are bitter, ghetto and rude! Needs professional training. I took off n even though it has drive through, I will not go back ever! Whoever^^ wrote great customer service must work there.
