Let’s me say I’ve ordered from this pizza hut many times. Over 20 times and they never seem to understand a simple request, extra sauce. The skimp on the sauce. Everytime I say «extra sauce» it seems like I get a tiny squirt of sauce. I even tell them when they show me the pizza I say «is that extra sauce» guy says «if that’s what you asked for, that’s what cha got» get home, nope tiny bit of sauce. I wouldn’t think it’s very difficult to put more sauce. It’s not like I’m asking for something that might cost more like toppings… Simple request, never get it.

Terrible terrible service ! We ordered a pizza 1 ½ ago and called three times to check up on our order because it was so late. The manager kept telling us it is on the way. The last time we called he just said «oh the driver got lost so he came back» okay… So that’s why we provided you with a number to CALL us not just leave us hanging and never get our food. You guys need a new manager and driver.

Called to order pizza for my kids, pizza hut on 47^th and Ave R. Kept putting me hold, twice, just to tell me they couldn’t deliver, put me on hold again just to hang up. Really bad customer service, I don’t recommend them. Gave a star, because I have to not because they deserve it.

Worst Pizza Hut Franchise Ever! Drive to Another Location! You Have Been Warned!!! Horrible!!! First couple of times we thought cause they were new. But this 3^rd time was even worst! Management didn’t even know what he was doing! All the orders where wrong since we waited for almost an hr for a 15 min wait supposedly we took pizzas closest to our order we came home and bread sticks were burnt really and this was the manager packing it! And while waiting there we could tell all the orders they were giving out were wrong! No good management/​structure even Costco/​SAMS Club writes down names on boxes maybe they should do the same!

I’m absolutely done ordering from this place. They always get things wrong, are forgetful about side orders and although they attempt to fix the situation by bring it to you, they take longer then the actual pizza to do so. It doesn’t take rocket science to read a piece of paper and bag up an order, how clueless can you guys be?

Really hate our local chain pizza shops. I ordered on line a med pizza and a promo free cheesy sticks. I ordered at 6:30… at 8:00 I called looking for my pizza, it was magically canceled, they asked if I still wanted it I said yes… Half hour later I get my pizza… NO CHEESY BREAD. I called again and they had no answers for me other then to try and place ANOTHER order… I have the original order that was emailed to me… if I can see it why can’t they? Both pizza Hut and Domino’s on S and 47^th have lost my business.
I use to run a pizza shop IT’S NOT THAT HARD! Come on pizza hut!

This has got to be the worst Pizza Hut Franchise ever. I ordered a large with a side of breadsticks. Morans who run this place once again messed up the order. No sauce was included for the breadsticks. Driver said he would go back to the store and get me some; that was over 20 minutes ago. Funny thing is I live less than a mile away from the store. Avoid this rathole at all costs. More than not, they will screw up your order.

If this is the pizza hut behind taco bell DO NOT GO HERE! You will be waiting 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time. The first time I ordered my pizza was suppose to be at my house at 11pm and didn’t arrive until 2:30am and we were in bed. We thought they forgot about our order but they didn’t they were just working with 1 driver and were running behind as always. Everytime I order from this pizza hut my pizza is late and a cold mess. Everytime im told they fell behind and only have 1 driver. Well 3 times now and months apart and you still only have 1 driver for your whole restaurant? The manager Darion is always there and doesn’t seem to care about your order or the lack of customer service. I am not sure how they got to open this pizza hut because it seems like a bunch of kids run it and don’t care about anything. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or to the pizza hut by Stater brothers.

I’ve been ordering from here since I moved here, although I do prefer domino’s, I can not deny that their pizzas were really good. The Supreme pizza is their best pizza thus far! Delivery is great and their service is exceptional. Only thing I didn’t like was their pizza mias. Other than that, this place is Great!

I hate the policy of paying for sauce (that used to be free) when you’ve ordered something that requires sauce, but what I hate more? NOT getting the sauce that I had to pay for. Also, who cut this pizza? A four year old?

After a long fun family day we wanted to enjoy a pizza. Online there was no option for large and it was only thin crust. We were really hungry so just went with it.
We brought it home and it was like a tostada and it was cut horribly and it seemed like Noone put any care into our pizzas. Horrible and gross!

Yesterday late afternoon, I called in an order for delivery on one of the special pizza deals. When I asked how much the total bill was going to be, the numbers did not add up. I was then informed that there was a $ 3.25 charge for delivery. My bill was $ 15.24 excluding the delivery charge. Throw in a tip for the delivery driver and I was up to over 30% more than my bill. I canceled the delivery and picked up the order. This was a minor inconvenience of having to stop what I was doing in order to drive to the store.
The store employee was very polite and responsive to my concerns about being charged a delivery fee. I contacted the corporate office via email and received a very prompt and polite response addressing my concerns.
I won’t pay any additional fees or charges to have a pizza delivered by Pizza Hut or anyone else. As a long time Pizza Hut customer, next time I am in the mood for pizza, I will check out other competitors.

So I ordered a pizza and a cookie pizza last night for dinner through their website. Now you can choose the toppings you want in extra, regular, and none. I reviewed the topping three times before I confirmed my order. The recent in my email only said I ordered a pizza with marinara sauce and pepperoni, it said nothing about cheese. I called and probably received the worst customer service I have had in my whole life. I was just calling to make sure they didn’t deliver a pizza without cheese due to it being on my receipt (which can be done). When I explained the situation to the female who answered the phone that I just wanted to make sure cheese is on my pizza she told me three times that I need to review my order before I submit it and it isn’t there fault and she would resubmit my order «just this once». I got a little angry after I listened to this B. S! I responded with «well then review my order right now please. Look I just want to make sure my pizza has cheese on it». She responded with «oh yes all of them do». I didn’t feel like I needed to be reprimanded. I’m the customer and I do not have to give you my money (I was paying in cash with the delivery). This place needs to treat their customers like customers. I don’t remember the females name but I will be calling corporate in the morning. By the way the pizza was like 3 mm thin with dried out cheese on it. Lesson to be learned: do not talk to customers like that!

First time ordering a gluten free pizza and it was burnt. Pizza wasn’t even warm and I live literally 2 mins from the Pizza Hut locations. Very dissatisfying and a HUGE waste of money.

I recently ordered a large pepperoni pizza and it took over 70 mins. When I called to get an eta on my pizza, since they told me it was only going to be an hour, they just said sorry it’s on its way. They didn’t even offer a credit. And to top it off the pizza was cold and a mess. Finally I called back and they gave me half back. They need customer service training.

I think all employees should be fully dressed and not swinging their hair around the kitchen. When did Pizza Hut become a gym?

Wow mess up 3 time’s in a row it was good till the bs keep insisting to mess my food up good one lame’z then more bs trying to get money back I told u ill get my money back haha they said it wasn’t possible

This pizza hut is awesome with great customer service. This establishment is one of the best. Delivery guys are always courteous. Pizza is also delicious.
