Spa Terre

I have to saw this is one of the better spas I have been too. The reviews and pictures don’t do this place justice. My husband and I stayed in the Riviera Hotel and booked our couples massage the afternoon before. They were able to accommodate us first thing in the morning even on such sort notice. I had the 80 min. Swedish for $ 200 and my husband got the 80 min. medium about $ 215. I forget the name, it’s between the Swedish and Deep tissue. Either way they were both incredible. We we’re comfortable the whole time, felt relaxed and rejuvenated. We shared a room with two table and two masseuses. The temperature was perfect wherever we went in the entire spa. We got there before 10am and we were able to hang out inside until 5pm when they closed if we wanted too. Great staff! Everyone was super friendly. They have cucumber water, regular water, ice tea, hot tea, different fruit available for you in the coed hot tub/​therapy room with plenty of seating. Provide lockers, sandals, the most comfy robes, all the basic amenities. The have a steam room, multiple showers and restrooms. Everything was very clean and organized. For cancellations they have to be notified the day before your appt. or there is a 100% charge. A minimum 20% of the total is required for tip. Make sure to bring a bathing suit. Thank you for the amazing experience we LOVED IT! Little on the pricier side but def. worth it if you’re looking to treat yourself.

This was a very nice spa for this hotel. It was also a nice escape from the over crowded pool and hot sun. There is an inside hot tub and lounge area which was great to just relax by on a hot crowded day. You get to enjoy plush robes and nice slippers. My massage was great and I was happy with my total experience.

A newly remodeled luxury spa at Riviera hotel, we had facial and massage treatments on a Saturday afternoon, they were fantastic, we enjoyed the services and the spa facility so much, it was a much needed relaxing spa time for us!
The spa facility is not very big, men and women areas with showers and steam rooms, basic amenities provided. A coed Buddha lounge with a therapy pool and a jacuzzi, a few private cabanas, lounge chairs and refreshment setup, extremely quiet and relaxing. The temperature was just perfect, it was too hot and impossible for me to get out to the hotel pools, I was so glad we decided to come to this spa to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi here!
The staffs were so friendly and helpful, we had a wonderful time, and I picked an eye cream that the staff recommended for my puffy eyes, it was a nice one and I am loving it. Spa pass is $ 45 a day, it’s a little steep but I really like the Buddha lounge. Think we will be back next time we stay at this hotel, the couple massage room with soaking tub is on top of my list!

I’m not going into details, however I will say that unfortunately much of what happened during my session at Spa Terre echoed that of the previous reviews (mine was more session-​related aka getting bathed in massive amounts of oil without the actual massage). However, Robert (manager) handled my situation with absolute professionalism.
So normally I would be giving a 1-​star due to the circumstances, but management changed that to a 5. Still on the fence about returning…

Really poor experience. Four of us had bad massages. We had one person w the desert wrap that was good. We told them we were unhappy with our service and cancelled five facials for Monday. The manager couldn’t be bothered to come talk to us. Clearly the issue is with the over spa not these particular technicians. Also the spa is freezing and they can’t figure out how to warm the rooms. Pretty simple to get a heated blanket

This was the most disappointing massage I’ve ever had. I received the Royal Massage, a 75 minute service that was a standard massage and a honey and beeswax treatment. The massage was worse than mediocre, the honey treatment was totally pointless, the room was freezing cold and they couldn’t adjust the AC, and it felt like the most random, disorganized massage I’ve ever had. I came with a group of friends who also had a similarly bad experience with their Royal Massage.

My husband and I came out here for a couples massage. It was amazing!! The staff is really friendly and professional. I recommend you try this place at least once. It is a little pricey, but worth it! I will be coming back again shortly.

Book your Swedish with Desiree! Best Swedish I’ve had in a longggggggggggggggggggggggg time.
Special currently for 50 min/​$ 99 directly at the hotel/​spa. Not too bad because it includes the use of the facilities for as long as you’d like and it’s a nice atmosphere. They also add 20% mandatory tip on top of the price but that is what I was going to pay anyways so it worked out! If the massage was bad though… lol…

After searching for the perfect spa that would accommodate 7 guests celebrating a Bachelorette party, I came across Spa Terre.
The staff was helpful and offered a group deal with some special options including a massage medley. The spa itself is also very relaxing, serene and beautifully decorated.
My massage however was unfortunately an unfortunate one. The masseuse did not incorporate a medley of various techniques as the massage description specified, basically gave me a weak rubdown I was literally waiting to be over and suggested I upgrade my massage at an extra cost when I kindly asked for firmer pressure.
Would not return nor recommend Spa Terre.

Small and pricy. The hotel is called Riviera Hotel and Spa. Since promoted that way I was expecting more.

Sierra was great. Gentle and a good listener.
I like this low key hotel and spa. The decour is older but the pool is nice and the place does not seem crowded often.

Beautiful Spa in a great resort. Love it!
