I was playing slots and hit a $ 7,000 jackpot with my girlfriend watching, the attendant asked for my identification as they went to the back office to do what they have to do when a JP hits. They came back and informed me that I won’t be paid and that I must leave at once!!! They claim I had been banned in 1994, I was not banned back then nor could they provide the reason for ban or even a detail … I was playing on a regular basis, loosing tens of thousands of real cash to the spa resort casino, never not once did they mention a ban, they were glad to rake me, for years and years, then when I get a win, they pulled the rug out. Not only did I not get paid but I was twisted with my arms behind my back, a team of hired muscle and jack boots, took me by the skin and bones to a den of security personnel as they spoke to me in a harsh and challenging tone, inches from my face, as i had my Rights trampled, all the while tight handcuffs. Cut off my blood flow. The palm springs PD was there in 15 mins, they put me in the jail, the jail in banning! I called the gaming commission, they said they have NO record of a ban !! I want my $ 7000

My husband and I pulled in after a 2 Hour drive in 110 heat with our bronco and travel trailer because The Hard Rock Hotel, in which we were staying didn’t have RV Parking. We were then approached by bicycle security«cop?l who mumbled at best. What I think heard is «you can’t park here but you can park in lot E». We pulled around a lot to lot E, vacant and parked at the far end. We then walked about three quarters of a mile in the heat to the Hard Rock Hotel. Something in my gut was uneasy and I was worried about parking there and getting towed. So, called the hotel and asked to speak to their front desk. I asked if we could park in their parking lot overnight for two nights and I’d be willing to pay for parking. I was transferred Maria who was unwilling to work with me. I don’t under stand. It’s Palm Springs. People drive through with RVs all the time. I don’t understand why she was so unwilling to work with me. I would’ve paid $ 100 a night for parking but she absolutely refused. I told her I was going to gamble there later and would drop at least $ 1000 in her casino, she didn’t care and was unwilling to help out a customer of Palm Springs and her casino, as customer. There was no reason that she couldn’t help us out. My husband got on the phone to try to reason with her but she refused, and then he called her a creep. We had to hustle back in the 110 heat to get our car and RV so that we would not be towed. We then parked on the street after PSPD I shirred me there was no ordinance against it. I am very disappointed with The Spa Reaort and Casino and the manager Maria for be in willing to help customers of not only their casino but of the town of Palm Springs. I will never return. Armando at the Hard Rock Hotel was wonderful for trying to help us find parking for our RV. PSPD was also very nice in giving me verbatim parking ordinance. I wish they would post on their website there is no RV parking.

Maria the manager, informed us that we would have to move are Rv from there parking lot or it would be towed off, after getting much hassle from a rent a pig on a bike, what’s the deal with this, how many people drive through the springs with there RV“S, but don’t park at the spa hotel with your Rv even after offering, HITLER. 50 dollars a night to park in a completely vacant lot she made us go move the RV to the street do not ever spend one dime of your money at this shit hole and have that bitch MARIA set out side with her fat hanging out of her one piece bathing suit all day in the Palm Springs sun…

We were not wordy to make reservation trough the casino to stay at the Hilton Hotel. My husband and I uses to stay at the Spa Resort Hotel until they closed it. We used to receive invitations at discounted rooms at the Spa Hotel. We go to PS at least once every two months or more and we love to spend time at the casino playing, drinking, seen the shows and just being there. Now we stay most of our time at the Marriott’s. The concierge at the casino advised us to call them to make reservation because they have some type of agreement with Hilton Hotel next door. Well, tonight we called and Frank Zorak was our attendee. After giving him my player #(not my husband, he never ask for) told us we didn’t have enough points to help us. We explained we didn’t want nothing free we just want to make reservation and pay. He was very uncooperative to explained why he was unable to help us make our reservation. It is sad for us after spending so much time and our money not only by playing, but by consuming drinks, food and shows, they are telling us we don’t have enough points. By the casino standard we were not worthy. Thank you casino for nothing after spending my money and time with you. Maybe next time my loyalty should to Morongo.

Great casino close to downtown. There are smoking and non-smoking areas. There’s an assortment of activities for everyone. There seemed to be room for everyone to play on a Sunday afternoon.

Still a solid three eight years later. I came in here on a Saturday night with a friend and it was crowded. The casino is pretty small so as you can imagine, the majority of the machines were taken. I wasn’t very impressed in the machines that were there and prefer more of the non video ones. If you’re in town visiting it’s a good way to kill a few hours but there’s not much more beyond that.

Made a quick stop here while in Palm Springs instead of driving to Morongo, since we were only here a day. Iverall, they had a decent selection of slots and had a good payout. They were cool enough to let me in, despite my license being expired(just lost it recently). So that’s good :) Bf and I played(and lost) a total of $ 200 here over the span of 3.5 hours in slots only. Which isn’t too bad honestly. We would come up and then lose money again and restart that cycle. Staff was friendly, smoking is allowed inside. No free drinks, except water. I think. Despite the allowed smoking, it didn’t reek of cigarettes. Not many people were smoking in there, from what I saw. Bf and I liked the slot machines«The Romance of Fire and Rain» and«Moon Maidens.» Those two were the most entertain games to play, either because of the music, the game itself, etc. Glad we tried it over Morongo Overall, I bet this place gets busy when it’s spring break or similar to.

I’ve had fairly decent lucky here. I feel like the slots may pay out better than some of the other casinos in Southern California. It’s in the downtown area of Palm Springs so it’s easy to stop by for a couple games and drinks and move on to something else. I much prefer this place rather than heading all the way out to Morongo.

Your grandmother’s kind of Casino. Walking through the doors you are greeted to the warm smell of Sysco grade cleaning agents and stale smoke and about then your ears are treated to the sounds of second rate slot machines and the people that love them. Next a 90’s era color, floor format and chandelier scheme round out the experience that ends with bars that are so tired and boring that even drinking is incredibly depressing. I seem to find Spa Casino every trip to the Springs but I have no idea why.

Décor is decent and lots of blackjack tables available ranging from $ 10-$ 50 minimums. Payouts are 3 to 2 for blackjack. There is no craps table :(, but blackjack kept me occupied for the entire night. There is a roulette table, but instead of using a ball it is like a Wheels of Fortune spinner. No free drinks, a beer or well drink was $ 5. Dealers were mostly friendly.

This place is small and their limits are high. Tons of smoke and very limited parking. A decent attempt to make a Vegas style casino but with Vegas only being another 2 – 3 hours… Go to Vegas!

Save your money. This place does not pay out because they need money to build a hotel now. If you do go there and donate your money, know that you helped build the hotel.

We made a quick stop here before we left Palm Springs. The casino is fairly close to the main street with shops and restaurants. Upon entering, we enjoyed all of the festive Christmas decorations that were up. We loved seeing the holiday décor! The interior of the casino was quite nice, it reminded me of the nicer Las Vegas casinos. My husband and I each gambled $ 20 at the slots, but neither of us had much luck. This was a fun casino to visit for a little bit. Unfortunately, smoking is allowed inside.
