What happened here? The website doesn’t work, and the 800 number listed goes to a telemarketing company.

I like this store, it has an amazing variety of products, from gift cards to adult toys. Very bright inside and clean; the staff is friendly. Something for everyone.

I used to live right down the street, and I would go in there all the time. I miss going to that store. They had a great selection of videos and books. The two owners are very nice, and the few employees were always very nice to me. They remember you, and it was always a pleasure to go there. A+

If an item isn’t priced, be cautious, verify the amount quoted and check your receipt carefully. I was quoted $ 13 for an item, then charged $ 1300 (plus tax), and the receipt was supposedly put in the bag (but wasn’t). A few days later some friends had the same experience. Despite their posted return policy they refused to return the item and refused to make an adjustment. Their subsequent accusations and treatment of me is appalling and inexcusable for a retail business serving a small community. Next step: small claims court. Don’t let this happen to you. They will no longer get my business or the business of my friends.

Excellent card selection. Best gift store in town, especially for greeting cards. I am so glad to see this iconic establishment surviving as a brick and mortar; when it comes to books, cards, and gifts, only a great store can survive Internet competition. Great job, guys!
