I almost made the mistake of thinking that this place wasn’t for me. I’m not a bear. I don’t know what I am, but I’m tall and have a 34″ waist and I manscape regularly. And the guys I go for are generally really lean and smooth.
I say this only to make a point… On «paper» I’m the opposite of what you’d expect of the clientele… yet the owner couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable, more welcome, and more chill. They carry sizes from small to several-​X-​L, they carry a wide variety of clothing styles, from ultra-​modern to «classic», lots of different cool little things.
I NEVER would have thought that «Bear Wear» would be one of my regular haunts, but the next time I’m there it’ll be one of my first stops. SO many cool things, who’d have thunk?

I have dealt with this store both through mail order and in person and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with both. These guys are sweet, helpful, fun, friendly and prompt with delivery. I highly recommend any bear out there to check this place out.

Again got some great sale items here. The sales person was super nice. Didn’t get any cheap sandals since I’ve graduated to Mephisto shoes.
My only complaint is that their sizes are really not reflective of the bear community. Jack & I find great stuff there, but most would be too small for the men of size.
