We inherited this company when we purchased our house in Cathedral City. We kept the plan since it seemed «easy» at the time. As soon as our contract is up, we will be changing security systems. I’ve used ADT for years, and have never had a problem. This company charges to come out service their equipment — they also refuse to come out on a weekend without paying a fee. Considering that this is a vacation home, it is not often convenient to come out on a week day. This company does not understand customer service and is essentially a pain in the you-​know-​what. At this time, I’m not even sure we will wait for the contract to end — we may terminate early. Definitely look elsewhere.

I tried to schedule an appointment for an estimate on some security cameras. I called their 800 number that is listed on their website which ended up being their answering service for the alarm systems. I was transferred to three different people and one of them ended up raising her voice at me that she was just their answering service. I was hoping to be able to talk to somebody who would be able to meet me for an estimate but seeing as how awful their answering service is I just gave up. Especially after a customer service rep raised her voice at me. Wow, this was a frustrating experience and I never got to talk to anyone to help me.

It is hard to believe that here in the Coachella Valley you can get service like these guys deliver. From start (sales quote) to finish (installation), real professionals. Even when I messed up the alarm code, they were able to talk me through a system reset over the phone. Easy to give them 5 stars. [For what it’s worth, beware of those other guys that advertise «FREE ALARMS», nothing is FREE, read the small print]

These people are top notch. They came and installed a camera system that lets me see my front door from my smart phone. How cool is that? I feel secure knowing that my house is alarmed, monitored and now, under surveillance. Awesome!
