We inherited this company when we purchased our house in Cathedral City. We kept the plan since it seemed «easy» at the time. As soon as our contract is up, we will be changing security systems. I’ve used ADT for years, and have never had a problem. This company charges to come out service their equipment — they also refuse to come out on a weekend without paying a fee. Considering that this is a vacation home, it is not often convenient to come out on a week day. This company does not understand customer service and is essentially a pain in the you-​know-​what. At this time, I’m not even sure we will wait for the contract to end — we may terminate early. Definitely look elsewhere.

Having a business in the desert, a reliable security system is a must. Hello Maximum Security! The owner Steve is a pleasure to work with and their customer service is excellent. I like the fact that they are a local company in the desert and not some huge corporate chain. You can tell they care about their customers. Service is prompt and pricing affordable.
