Alliance provided both a/v and alarm service to my residence. The technicians they provided were extremely knowledgable, tolerated with a smile my million questions, and very professional. A special mention to one named Chino who took the time to ensure a professional installation and teach my all its in and outs. The system they installed blew me away. The ease of use and the ability to store everything in a separate closet is great. I highly recommend them and count yourself extra lucky if Chino installs your a/v system!

We recently closed escrow on a home in a new development in PS. We had used Desert Alarm for 10 years in our prior house and would give them 5 stars for service. But as we were closing escrow in only a few days and I wanted it to be alarmed from day one. We are only there on weekends and we couldn’t get an appt. with Desert Alarm in time. So we went with Alliance, who had a tie in with the builder. Since the house was pre-wired I thought it would be a simple install. I was wrong. The tech was very knowledgeable, efficient and very courteous, but there was just more to do than I imagined. He was fighting for closet space(where all communications connects) with the Time Warner guy and the guy installing the TV, all at the same time. He spent at least 6 hours there getting everything installed. The system so far has functioned flawlessly and the cameras inside are great for checking up on the dogs from my iPhone. We did go elsewhere for the install for the surround sound. The prices seemed far out of line. Went with Best Buy and the Geek Squad and saved $ 2000.00

I have a 6 unit apartment complex in Palm Springs and I use Alliance Protection to keep the complex secure. My tenants have not have had any issues since using their services. Also, I find their prices to be competitive with other companies in the area.

Wow! A lot of activity since I posted my review a few days ago. First, I received a nice message from the owner asking me to contact her to see what she can do to help. While I appreciate the gesture, let me be clear that I would not post a one star review like this without first giving management an opportunity to address my problems. I also don’t think that it would be fair for me to get the good customer service just because I posted on Unilocal.All of your customers should get good customer service. Today, I got another message from someone else at Alliance saying that they searched their database to find me and concluded that I am using a «FAKE» name. Wow, that’s creepy. Even more disturbing is that they just posted a response online saying that they have contacted another local business to see if they knew who I was. SUPERCREEPY! Let me point out that even if you are not happy with my review, I am your customer and I paid your company thousands of dollars. The fact that you are trying to hunt me down and belittle me in your response just highlights that you realy don’t understand customer service. Do you really want to project the message to your customers that this is how you will treat them if they complain about your service? I hope not. I also noticed that three separate 5-star reviews were posted just a few days after mine by brand new Unilocal users who have never reviewed any other businesses. Those«reviews» appear to have been filtered out by Unilocal and are«not currently recommended» by Unilocal.What’s that about? Here’s what I would suggest to the folks at Alliance. Stop being reactive. Instead of playing detective trying to figure out who I am, why don’t you focus on improving your customer service? For better or worse, most of your customers are tied to you for ongoing service of the systems that you installed. I’m a fair person. If you guys do good work for me in the future, I will gladly update my review to reflect the improvement. In fact, doing that for everyone might even get you some genuinely positive reviews on Unilocal.Wouldn’t that be nice?

I’m not a tech geek, but I wanted a quality surround sound entertainment center and the controls to make it my own. I heard about Alliance and I figured I’d check them out. I call, I come in, and after seeing their showroom to demo their systems I tailored MYOWN! The Fam Bam loves it, morale is at an all time high, so it couldn’t have gone better. For me, there’s nothing worse then being in the wrong place and choosing something your not in love with. That’s why I can appreciate a company that’s been in business for 25+ years because their service and products show! You can’t cut corners or hide that over 25 years. I appreciate you guys!
