Always a favorite place to take visiting friends and family. Love the shrimp tacos and they are not chintzy when it comes to the alcohol in their mixed drinks. Aloha Margarita pairs well with those tacos! Colette and staff accommodated our huge group in a tiny space wonderfully! Always a great choice! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Kip’s is a must if you’re visiting Pagosa. Food and drinks are awesome! Place is tiny, so in the winter with no outside seating, you may have to wait a little, but it’s worth it.

The services was quick, even with the wait for the tables, its busy because it is good, Had the Steak carbons and my son had the Steak taco with Stuffed Hatch Green chile, we are from NM so we liked the chile… also has awesome Sauces. Habanaro was my favorite.

SOOOOO GOOD. We came here on Friday night seeking good food, well we found good food and good music and good people. The restaurant has a good vibe. The food is good. I had the Fish Tacos and they were perfectly cooked and the pico de gallo was fresh and I got mine with avacado instead of cheese and I do have to say that this was the best avacado, very fresh. An amazing restaurant. The people were nice and there was nice service even though the wait was kind of long but it was all worth it.

By far, the absolute best food you can find in Pagosa Springs! We’re from St. Louis, we ate at different places all over Pagosa looking for something good and came up disappointed every time! We went on the hot air balloon ride one morning and took the instructors advice on visiting Kip’s, we were so happy we did!!! The food was amazing and our waitress was friendly and helpful! The only disappointing part is that we didn’t find this place soon enough! Definitely stop by if you’re in town, we could probably make a special visit all the way from Missouri because it was so good!

Ok, this is not necessarily a place I’d recommend for a 60th birthday meal, but while staying in Pagosa… Well, it just worked out that this was the best option. It had been recommended by a friend and the concierge at The Springs and it was PERFECTION! A darling Mexican TINY restaurant where everyone had to shuffle a bit while waiting for a table when the front door opened. Excellent spicy shrimp tacos and killer margaritas made for a memorable dinner. Try it! You won’t be disappointed!!!

At first our waitress was not all the friendly. I’m guessing because they were busy. Once she came around a few times, she seemed to be a lot happier. The food was pretty good I went for the hot dog and my In-​laws went for the fish tacos. All in all, it was a pretty tasty place.

The staff was nice enough and the environment was decent, however for the price myself and 3 friends paid for a couple drinks and some subpar food was that fun. There special the night we went was a mediocre caesar salad and some other dish that was less than exciting. It came out on paper plate and plastic silverware so I’m not sure what the high price is for.
The food was average and if you run out of places to eat in pagosa I would still not recommend eating there… Cross the street and eat at Rift Rafts.

We love the tacos! Awesome sauces to choose from and the shrimp tacos were our favorite. Nice people, good service, didn’t love the plastic ware and paper plates, but that’s not a deal breaker.

Best tacos ever!!! Worth the drive from anywhere. Seating is limited and patio seating is favored. Try to come on a weekday or you may not get a seat at all! Best little cantina this side of the border. Can’t wait to come back to Pagosa just for this!

Great place for some baja street tacos. My only thought is, how about a mix and match? I would have loved to try some other tacos, but all the plates come with 2 – 3 of the same tacos.
Service was ok. About what we expect in Colorado. It was dark and we sat on the patio. We had no lights and couldn’t see our food. That was annoying.
Overall a pretty good place to get something a little different.

Fun little bungalow turned restaurant. Always good live music and the patio is the best in the P Springs. Spicy shrimp tacos is the best item on the menu and don’t forget to add a little crema mexicana sauce. You will have a 30 minute wait after 6pm. I am hoping they add Giant Jenga out front before my next visit to help pass the time.

Super tasty and reasonably priced Mexican food! You can get a modelo the size of your head for $ 4 and delicious fish tacos for $ 9!
This place is awesome. Great for vegetarians and meat eaters alike.
My only complaint is that the food is served on paper plates and with plastic silverware-​which really isn’t a big deal, I just have weird texture issues with eating of paper.
