HORRIBLE customer service. all the employees don’t care about your needs and are very rude. they seem have a problem making the wings on time, ordered my wings it said 20 mins I got them 40 mins later. last time I will be going there and I’m a local customer that probably eats there twice a week but never will I go again

Came here late night, the guy who was originally suppose to take my order was complaining to go home… Alp though being late there were a few people eating, when I placed the order the cashier was either not paying attention to what she was doing, or she wasn’t paying attention to my order (10 Atomic and 10 Louisiana Rub) when I went to review my order she had only charged me for the 10 Louisiana Rub Wings and a sauce I never ordered. I had to go back to have them fix it. Now instead of charging me the difference the refunded me, the entire order and then charged me all over again.
Although the quality of the wings was ok, I was really disappointed on how the staff was so uncaring.

Haven’t been at this location for a cool minute but I see The difference between how it was and now. Clean, excellent customer service and just a good place to get some grub. Cashier was very hospitable and for my order correct, the manager was running the store smoothly and efficient deff. Will come again. #1064

Wingstop makes some of the best wings. They’re my favorite and I’ll always eat them! The reason for this review is the lack of care and customer service I received from one of the managers. I placed an order online at 12:30 expecting my wings to be ready at 12:45. I received a phone call at 12:42 saying that because my order was over 20 dollars they require payment in advance they didn’t start cooking my food.
I understand if you have a store policy but you can’t wait until my food is supposed to be ready to then call me and say it’s going to be another 20 minutes. When I spoke to the manager she was unwilling to do anything for me and made it seem like it was my fault for not knowing the store policy.
To the owner I hope you train your employees to call people much faster when an order Is placed online. I had to cancel my order because I only had a 30 minute lunch. It ruined my day we really wanted wings for lunch!

I can honestly say that their wings are always good and fresh, so are their sides. Service is good and friendly. We always take our order to go and when we get home, there is always an extra wing or two!

Some of my friends liked going to this place so I thought I’d give it a try. Now I don’t listen to these guys, because this place was terrible.
Every bite I took was full of grease, like they injected it with oil. It was the grossest chicken wings I have ever ate. Also was A bit overpriced, especially for garbage.

Since this wing stop is the closest one to my house I am forced to go this one because of my laziness. I mean I can go to another one but they are a little too far. This wing stop always messes up my order in one way or another. They either give me my wings to saucy or they burn my fries way too much. I need to stop wasting my money here.

I come here often because I live around the corner. The wings are good but not the best I’ve had. But the price is good so that helps. My favorite is garlic parmigian but beware they can be really oily. My least favorite is bbq, it’s way to sweet and they drown your wings in bbq sauce.
Don’t bother with the fries, they are simple not good. Stick with wings and their ranch!
Oh and if you order online and the total is more then $ 10 dollars they will call you and verify that you actually placed the order.

I was a regular here but stopped going because they fucked up my order more than once and the last time they called me a liar. Bottom line always always always check your meal if you order on the app or by phone because they will rip you off! Nothing against the wings just the service with the exception of one really awesome employee who is always super friendly!

Service matches the demand. Trying to pick up wings from here between 5pm-​10pm, your gonna get slow service because of how packed this place gets! Packed places mean good food people, come on!
Wing stop is the ultimate wings destination for the gluten in you demanding some fattening fast food with equally high flavor content to match the caloric count and Wing Stop Pacoima is no different. The workers here are bilingual and treat all of their customers with quality service and patience. Considering the volume of customers, they are quick with cleaning tables and their Peak Iced Tea dispenser has a good variety.
It’s nice to see a Wing Stop in the North Valley! No need to drive far to get a quick meal. Oh, only thing holding it from 5 stars, is the parking.

Erster Stopp der American Food Tour 2013 führt mich zu Wing Stop, einer kleinen Kette die, richtig geraten, Chicken Wings verkauft. Es gibt nette Specials, eine gute Soadauswahl plus Eistee (ungesüßt!) und viele Saucen unterschiedlichen Schärfegrades. Die Wings kann man entweder mit oder ohne Knochen haben und die Pommes schmecken wirklich lecker. Der Laden selbst ist zwar nicht schick aber dennoch kann man dort recht gemütlich auch vor Ort essen.
Fazit: echt gute Wings zu einem guten Preis.
