We placed an order at 11.36am now its almost 1am and we still haven’t received our order, i go back to track our order and now tracking doesn’t show anything and the store is already closed, instead of closing and leaving us hanging i think the store should have at least give us a call and say we dont deliver after this time.

The food was good but the customer service is horrible. It took them an hour and a half to get one pizza for delivery when I live just 10 min. away. I understand that they may have gotten busy but when you tell a customer that it will only take 15 min. and then take an hour & a half, a phone call would have sufficed. Once the driver did arrive she was rude and she didn’t give the right change. All she said was oh well and drove off.’

Jonathan the manager is awesome, always handles my orders well. I just don’t like how slow delivery is. I ordered for delivery since it was past carry out time, and I waited an hour for my order even though I live 4 blocks away from the store. My girlfriend and I were starving. We almost always receive our order just about getting cold when we order for delivery, but I feel bad calling EVERY TIME about it. I understand they’re probably understaffed and get busy, but when I asked the driver Caesar how they go about dispatching their orders he told me by the time they were received, which I believe is just silly.
Great Dominos and I’m a returning customer. Jonathan already knows me like the back of his hand. I just suggest to take your order for carry out for the best and easiest experience in this Dominos!
I’d love to give them Five stars but delivery can be managed differently than it is.

This was the worst pizza ordering experience that we have ever had. After using the online app to order a pizza upon delivery we noticed that there were missing items that were charged to our bill. Feeling frustrated we tried to call the store to correct the error, The customer service provided by the employees was atrocious, with no willingness to help us in our endeavor. With employees saying rude remarks to us as well as in the background, I started to feel like a disgruntled customer, before losing my temper I ended the conversation with «thank you and have a nice day goodbye.» I am very sorry dominoes but I have no willingness to repeat this experience again and today your business has lost several loyal customers.

One of their drivers just ran a stop sign in our residential neighborhood going at least 40mph. I caught up with him when he stopped at a house on the block and he refused to acknowledge what he’d done or even speak. He just glared at me and sped away. I called to complain and got a «I’ll talk to the manager.» How about the driver gets fired before he kills someone. Beware if you order from them, one of your neighbors may be run down by the driver trying to get you your pizza!

Worst place ever! I am going to call the Health Dept. On this place! 3 different people found a hair in different slices of pizza! From different boxes. Then I decided to call my for my friend since she was the one that ordered. I spoke to the Manager, if it was him! (Due to LOW professionalism) he rudely told me that he wanted his pizza back. I told him to come get it himself and that I wanted to talk to him in person. He then replied by saying he was busy and I can keep the pizza and he would refund the charges. Nobody ate the Damn hairy pizza anyway!

I love dominos but their policy is dumb! Apparently after 10pm there’s no more carry outs only delivery. Really? So what you are telling me is that I can’t drive and park in front of your glass entrance door and wall and pick up my food for safty reasons but instead you could deliver my food to my address which is located in the ghetto where crime takes place on a daily basis. I love you dominos, but pizza hut beat you, for today at least.
