There is no lower than one star. First time ordering, online order would be ready in 10 minutes for pickup. Nearest Marcos is 4 blocks away. Confirmation email for online order system sent. Order placed at 7:34. It is now 9:15. No confirmation received. How is the pizza? I have no idea!

Haven’t had this in about 6 months at least. I used to eat it at least once every two weeks. Been some time but for a franchise joint its good to me. Luv their cheese and they have always gotten my order correct the first time. Anyway, I’m moving so this may be my last time eating at this one on the east side. Damn…

I’m pretty sure there’s some kind of policy here(official or unofficial) where, when you use a coupon, they cut the toppings in half. On the good side, they have very welcome options(cheese amount, degree of done-ness, etc.) Staff is friendly. Just a competent convenient chain — not a ‘first call’ like Goodfellas.

It’s good pizza at a good price! The quality is above average and always consistent. I would stay away from the sandwiches though. Definitely not worth the price.

Terrible service at this Waterford one. No fountain drinks or straws at this location. Pizzas are made very sloppy as well. I rather stick with the Oviedo location. I’ve always been happy there.

I wanted to order Marcos for a work event. I needed to come in on budget so I called the store to see if any large order discounts were offered. Turns out they are the only chain in the area doesn’t offer this type of discount. Everyone at work was dissapointed, but Papa Johns was able to offer a 25% discount on the order and I was able to come on budget and give the driver a twenty dollar tip. In summation, I think management that has no volume discount is an indication of lack of customer focus. I will still order Marcos for myself, but I can’t count on this location for business meetings at lunch.

We wanted to try a new pizza place and Marco’s came to mind since it is near us. A little disappointed that not have broccoli as an option but overall the pizza was good. If you like a doughy pizza, Marcos is the place to go. We had sausage and spinach and turned out to be great. We picked up and it wasn’t very busy so the service was quick.

This place is no better then any other chain pizza place.

This was the best chain pizza available in the area. The last two times we’ve ordered delivery, the food has taken over an hour(for 1 – 2 pizzas) and been cold. The pizzas are often cut unevenly(horrifically so). Usually, the quality of the pizza is good but recently even that has suffered. I really enjoy Marco’s pizza; it’s our go-to«I don’t feel like cooking» food. However, with the consistently poor(and slow) service and declining food quality, we won’t be ordering from here any longer.

One of the only pizza chains that let you dine in. It’s a fairly new addition to the area, so I tried it a few years ago. I’ve been consistently satisfied with the taste, price, and service. The pizza is on the greasy side, but if you’re in the mood for chain pizza, this is the place.

First, I have to say I’ve been a manager at several pizza restaurants. One was a chain and the other a local. Second, I’ve been eating pizza since I can remember and can make them in my sleep if required. That being said, let’s start with take-out. I recently ordered a pizza from here and arrived at about the time my pizza should have been ready. But, since no one was at the counter, in the front of the place or visible in the back, I figured I’d just sit and see how long it took for someone to appear. About three minutes later a young female appeared at the counter. Did she say anything to me? No. She was too busy texting to notice there was a customer in clear view. It wasn’t until I actually said, «hello» to her standing at the counter that she stopped. It ended up that my pizza was ready from the moment I walked in, but that someone was more interested in texting than doing their job. But don’t think having it delivered is a good idea either. You may unleash a reckless driver on the public. Today(2−17−11 at about 4:40pm) a Marco’s pizza driver in a black dodge pickup was driving on Lake Underhill and Woodbury, weaving through traffic, exceeding the speed limit near a school. Further, once he turned off and into the parking lot, continued to drive at least 20mph. Unsafe, uncool. And both of them would be unemployed if I was managing the place. Which brings us to the pizza. As noted by a previous diner their«large» pizzas are, in fact, just mediums puffed out. They do indeed taste a lot like Papa John’s but PJ’s has more flavor in their sauce.(No, I never worked for PJ’s). Marco’s sauce tastes like Ragu with some Italian spices thrown in. It’s unremarkable and cheap so, for cheap cafeteria-like pizza this is your place. If you want to actually have a pizza that does something more than fill an empty space in your stomach go elsewhere. Yeah, you will likely spend more money, but you get what you pay for. I’ll admit that I’m a food snob, but I don’t feel like paying for a texting worker, a reckless driver and mediocre(at best) pizza.

As the owner of the area Marco’s Pizza locations, I would like to thank«Dr.» R. for his review of his recent visit to my Waterford Lakes location. Thanks to your comments, we have terminated the driver and written up the girl who was texting. These things should have never happened. Nor should you have had to waste 3 important minutes of your life waiting for your food, my apologies. I do wish though that instead of going online @ and simply putting in «see comments on Unilocal.com», you provided us with your comments directly before going out to the web. You would have seen that what you experienced was not the norm for our business & I would have personally done what I could to make it right. Unfortunately, you didn’t give me this chance. I read every single review/comment provided & respond personally. In regards to your comments of our product. First, our large pizza is 14″. This is the same for most if not all chains in the area & the same for many non-chain pizza places. Maybe you frequent a place that provides a larger diameter pizza as a large? If so, that’s great! But, our 14″ large is clearly described. Second, regarding our«Ragu sauce». We take great strides in the harvesting & picking of the ingrediants of our sauce, which is mixed in our stores daily. We also prepare & stretch our own dough & use a never frozen 3-cheese blend. Most chains use either frozen or commissary prepared crusts & water injected frozen cheese! Although you clearly didn’t like our pizza, I personally know that one can’t make everyone happy everytime. Each person has their own unique tastes & expectations, yours is obviously extremely high(evident by your comment of being a «food snob»). But, I will look at what the majority say, and based on 88% and 85% positive votes on Urban Spoon, I would have to think we are doing something right! Thank you again for your comments. I don’t know if the terminated employee would feel so appreciative now that he isn’t earning an income anymore, but at least we got an unsafe driver off the road(for now).

I was very pleased biting into Marco’s «Deep Dish» Pie. For $ 8 you get 8 good sized pieces. Add $ 2 and that will upgrade the pie to «premium» cheese and 3 additional topppings. Take a chance on Marco’s, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Their other pizza’s were preety good also. Nice thing is your not going to get clobbered for $ 15 — $ 19 as so many others have been charging.

Not bad for a chain. I would say the pizza is comparable to Papa Johns. The meatball sub was actually pretty decent.

Marco’s locations have been popping up on the east side of Orlando lately, so we figured we’d give them a shot. They’re located in the Woodbury shopping center near Firkin & Kegler. So far, we’ve only gotten delivery, so I can’t speak on their actual location. The delivery time was accurate, and the driver seemed pleasant enough. We ordered a couple of large pizzas: one pineapple and one pepperoni, along with an order of cheesy bread. My wife enjoyed her pineapple pizza, and my pepperoni was alright. The slices felt pretty small for a «large» pizza. The crust was a little chewy, and the sauce had a nice enough flavor. The cheesy bread was what really shined though. Soft, chewy and deliciously cheesy. For a chain pizza, Marco’s is alright — but that’s about where it ends. Unless they have a really good deal, you can find much better pizza in the area — even from the other national chains.
