Great drinks but horrible service. The employees were rude and focused on each other and their conversations. The employee threw the drink towards my son, which was very disappointing. Will not be returning there at all. Truly disgusted with the service.

I don’t usually review places like fast food restaurants or chain coffee shops, unless it’s horrible or awesome.
This particular location is AWESOME !! They make my drinks perfect every time !!! From macchiato, frappuccino to tea lattes and iced teas!

There are 3 other SBUX in the 2 – 3 miles radius (Orland crossing, Wolf/​159th, Tinley) but this one is the best in my opinion !

I was kind of bummed when I came here and they seemed to be out of everything. I tried ordering two drinks, both of which they were out of. I finally settled on a third choice which was good. However, not being able to have what I ordered just made me want it more!

Great drinks horrible service by one lady love my passion tea lemonade. She was upset about life or something. I don’t understand why u treat customers like that. She even threw my raspberry pound cake to me. I don’t say nothing cause I don’t want nothing for free but I post reviews everywhere I go. Sorry to starbucks one bad apple ruined my time there today…

This location is always ultra-​accomodating! They will whip up any of my crazy requests, including the way-​back Frankenchino, without missing a beat! The baristas are always so friendly and enthusiastic and always get it right. I love their new space that sports a larger than life logo, centered on the front, more than ample space inside, to always find a place to sit, and a drive-​thru that doesn’t require sideswiping six cars, running over a foofie dog and waiting an hour for the cars ahead to advance.

I know it is a Starbucks. How different can one be from the other?
The staff here appear genuinely happy to see you and chat with you. The could be all faking it but even if they are, they always make me feel welcome. this place is only about 3.5 miles away from my home and I have to pass up 2 other Starbucks to get here.
It amazing what a great staff can do for a coffee shop.

There are a few listings for this starbucks on Unilocal but this is the only one with correct information. Nice and roomy starbucks, everyone was ranting about clover machine. This is was one if a handful starbucks that’s has this machine. Price is a little more, I rely didn’t taste any difference. Staff is friendly and professional
