Best Starbucks around ! They are also so chipper and happy to serve. Even when there a good amount of cars in line they always keep the line moving fast. They always get my order right and I have never had one complaint!

I love Starbuck’s. I’m all about consistency. I am willing to pay their prices, as long as I can get what I want. This one, though, leaves much to be desired with that. I understand my order has some quirks, but please listen and get it right. It is printed on the label: just read it. And please don’t get aggravated when I ask for an extra shot or something else to be added to the drink. And don’t act all annoyed when I ask for the things you forgot. I tried this store again, as it is more convenient for me, and my order is wrong yet again. I’ll just keep going way out of my way up to 159th, where it’s always the way I ask for it.

The drive-thru line may be long at times, but this store knows how to keep it moving. I have never had a bad coffee at this location. 5STARS for the fast lines and the consistent high quality beverages.

Got my order right! Quick service! Gave 4 stars bc of customer service or would of gave 5. Lady at window seemed disinterested and lacked enthusiasm.

I’ve never encountered a Drive Thru less than 4 cars deep here; nevertheless, they’re still speedy. They’ve always gotten my order correct. Today the guy just handed me my tea, though, and didn’t say squat until I asked for a straw. A bit awkward since I greeted him and he said nada.(Seems this is his schpiel.) In all a primarily 4 star joint, at least as far as Drive Thrus go.

They gladly made my Frankenchino, which other locations are mysteriously forgetting how to make? This is the best drink Starbucks has ever had, it should be on the menu and not at the custom drink price, either. Something about that green tea and subtle minty undertones with the grittiness of the java chips, is just insane! I’ll post a pic with the recipe.

Literally behind my house and I love that quick drive or quick walk I’m there in a heartbeat and need it 3 times a week. Black tea lemonade or passion tea lemonade so fire. Always friendly n great customer service..

This location may be the slowest locations I have been at. The drive thru set up certainly is a hazard for an accident. As pleasant as the workers are and the is the last Starbucks before my destination, I tolerate it.

This familiar logo of Starbucks can be found a couple miles from our new home. I have a feeling that we are going to adopt it as our weekend Starbucks as this will most likely be our stop as we head into Orland Park. I like the little cul-de-sac-concept they have going on to keep the drive thru line from getting out of control. Every one here has been very friendly and welcoming toward us here.

I love Starbucks in general and this location is excellent. The place is effectively always crowded, yet the employees never seem to rush customers. I’ve had excellent service at the drive thru and when going inside to purchase coffee.

Luv this Starbucks since it has a drive-thru and the service is quick. The staff is always friendly. The only problem I have with this location is the design of the parking lot and the in and out drive-way. Not thought out since everyone seems to be in a hurry

I like this one mainly because it has a drive thru. Just be VERY careful if you are entering from 143rd into the plaza, lots of turns. I like the atmosphere here, quiet and not a lot of fuss. Good place to read and enjoy your $ 5 latte lol.

This place is awesome but soooo busy! The baristas here are the best! Gonna miss it when we go back to AZ for the winter. Oh well, we’ll just have to make new friends out there.

This is a pretty nice Starbucks… the only problem is with the tight parking and drive-thru lot. I usually hate drive-thrus since they seem to always get something wrong with the order — but this Starbucks seems to do a good job. The parking lot is a problem because the drive-thru obstructs the regular parking. But even with that I like this Starbucks — nice coffee and sandwiches. The peeps working the counter have great attitudes(i.e., nice) and that makes up for any slips. Check it out.

Oh Starbucks, how I love thee… except this one disappoints mee. I always swing through this drive thru on my way to get my nails done in the same plaza and everytime my drink sucks. I know Starbucks can occasionally taste burnt, but at this location it always tastes burnt. I have given them the benefit of the doubt enough times, but after today when my iced skinny vanilla latte was so bitter and not so vanilla-y I’ve decided I can no longer spend $ 5 on a nasty drink. The only saving grace of this location is the the staff is always pleasant. Eh, anyway not my fav!

I’m going to start this review with an admission of bias: I worked, for many years, at the old Tinley Park Starbucks(that cute little café store – the one that closed after sbux built a drive-thru store across the street… yeah, that one.) and generally, I am not a fan of drive-thru stores at all. Personally, I feel that having a drive-thru takes away from the personal service that café store offer; something that Starbucks used to be known for. That being said, this Starbucks does an admirable job of balancing the impersonality of the drive-thru with that added personal touch usually found at café stores. I’ve been in this store when they are slammin’ busy through the drive-thru and am still quickly taken care of inside. My drink always comes quickly and made well and the baristas are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable – and they don’t try to hit you with the hard sell either. Even better than that? The fact that I can roll in, unannounced, with six teenagers – all who have severe autism – to practice ordering from a menu(using PECS cards and assistive communication devices), waiting, and social skills and have all six boys treated as if they were any other customer? Full-on freaking win. The staff here is always more than patient, no matter how long the line behind us may be, and eager to help my students. Awesomeness! In short, this is one of the very few Starbucks I will still hit up if I am in the area. Given the customer service and their supremely awesome attitude towards my students; it is more than the worth the extra time and effort it takes to give them my business over the other Starbucks in the area.
