While it’s not the fault of the individual locations-I’m upset that the combos are gone. It’s nice to save some $$$
Nice way to lose a fraction of business
I don’t go nearly as much as I did before

This place has greatly improved since my last review. They have new employees and the service is better.

I’m late on this review but it needs to be put out there. Stopped here at 6 am on a Saturday for a few Wake-​up wraps for my daughter who was on her way to a softball game… No cars behind us… We were greeted with «what can we get you?» (no good morning) we said we need a second to gather our order, we then heard a *sigh* and not even 10 seconds later we got a «WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ORDER?» The raised voice caught us off guard and just as we began to speak our order, we were SCREAMED at and commanded to give our order!!! Not only did we just leave, we paused at the window to see the girl, and she ran to the back of the store, out of eye sight. It took about 10 minutes for me to cool down and I then called and asked for the manager and the girl on the phone said she was the manager (sounded like same voice in drive thru) when I told her that the treatment we received was in acceptable, she said she was sorry but thought I was not able to hear her… She knew we heard her as she sighed when we weren’t immediately ready to order. BUT there were NO OTHERS behind us… Why the impatience? We have never returned and never will!!! I go out of my way to patronize other locations!!! I live in Orland and make sure I tell my experience when ever anyone wants to visit this location. Horrible service and even worse that it was from a manager. (Supposedly)

Fast and friendly service, but frequently out of items. It’s good for a quick cup of joe on your way to work.

Stopped at the drive thru at the location on Dec. 30^th at 11 AM for a cup of coffee and some croissants. Three cars in front of us. Didn’t get to the window until 11:30 AM to pay. Stale croissants and my wife was late for her docs appointment. Just Awful !!!

Stopped at this location on my way to a football game for hot chocolate. What I received was a bitter cup of hot water with the slightest flavor of chocolate. Also, the cashier was a dollar short with my change. All-​in-​all just not a good experience.

I am seriously done with this location. Over the years it has gone down hill tremendously. First of all, they are just so slow. 2 cars ahead of you in the drive thru and you are still there atleast 10 mins. And those 2 cars are probably just getting coffee. I hope you have nothing to do if they are actually ordering something else bc you are gonna be there a while. And after all that they are most likely going to screw up your order. I always order a medium ice coffee easy cream only. Today I got a large with cream and sugar and last week I somehow got an ice tea with tons of cream. I used to go here twice a day for the last 8 years. And I ordered more than coffee. Now I usually go out of my way to go to the one on 157^th and Harlem bc they always get my order right and know how to move a line. It actually takes less time round trip to go there bc they know what they are doing!

This is the slowest Dunkin Donuts in the area. I have never been through the drive-​through without being asked to wait, or just no response at all. Inside is about the same. I’ve waited at the counter and had to interrupt the employee’s conversation to get help. I’ve never had a problem with the quality of my coffee or food; it’s always been consistent with other DDs in the area. I’ve never purchased anything from the Baskin side, so I have no idea about that.
The waiting is unbearable, though. For instance, I wrote this entire review in-​between the time they asked me to «wait a second» and them taking my order… which hasn’t happened yet.

I went here thinking I will get a good iced latte, but my hopes died. I ordered a dark chocolate iced latte with cream, sugar and whipped cream: I got milk and ice with no whip cream, I had a coupon and there scanner was broken and it wouldn’t work so this by far one of the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area.

i made an order for a coffee, pulled up to the window and the cashier took my card. a minute or to later another girl comes up hands me my coffee and tells me another total. i could have sworn they charged me already and she asked someone in the back and they said no. i always second guess myself and didnt want to seem like an asshole if they didnt charge and i got home to check my account and sure enough.

I love DD and you guys suck. Every. Single. Time. I say I want a large iced with hazelnut and is there hazelnut in my drink. Nope. Not. Even. A. Drop.
The next time I gave you a try I ordered donuts with my order thinking hmmm… maybe they will get it right this time. So add in a chocolate glazed but is that what I got? I. Think. Not. Instead I got some frosted donut I didn’t even like, but I was on my way to work so I didn’t have time to turn around.
Just because you are in Orland Park doesn’t mean you don’t need to listen to your customers.

went here for a scoop of ice cream — ice cream not bad but half of the tubs were melting so I had to pick from like only 6 flavors. I don’t know it was weird I won’t go back for the ice cream.
