The Yorba Linda location… love the pizza, love the beer selection from local microbreweries. The pizza crust is the best I have had, and the ingredients are of a high quality and fresh! Servers, managers, and owners are super friendly and efficient… and good Guys.

I love this restaurant, the service is usually wonderful, and it’s so nice to see clean cut looking young kids working so hard. The last few times I’ve been in there, a guy working there with the hair of Charming from«Shrek 2» that I have affectionately nicknamed«King Slayer». King Slayer is a star in the Mom and Pop pizzeria arena; he’ll get you and extra plate with a side of friendly conversation every single time. I came in tonight, and my two other favorite employees(they wear polo style shirts rather than T’s, so I assume they are managers) and was greeted by both as though I was part of the family. Excellent service all around, but slightly disappointed that the King Slayer was nowhere to be seen. Long story short: good food, good beer, great service if you’re into that«Disney Prince» vibe.

I really like this place. The food and service is good. My only complaint is, I’m a local and I often pay a visit here on Tuesday evenings which is Called Pint Night. This is a night when they have a brewery serve and introduce some new brews, cool right! Well, if you get there in the 7:00 hour you can forget the promo item(the beer glass) because they never have enough. Guess they don’t understand that people work for a living and can’t be there right at 6pm!

These guys make awesome pizzas… the problem is they don’t know how to get orders and deliveries correct. Then they try to blame customer. They literally told us that the reason they didn’t deliver to us… after more than two hours is because we weren’t home and the driver called us and we didn’t answer. We finally got a re-deliver at 2.5 hours and the pizza was not what we ordered. We paid for the pizza. We aren’t trying to get ‘free’ pizza. We just want what we ordered. This place could be amazing. But the owners have CLEARY decided that having a monopoly on local pizza means they can screw over customers with impunity. I love their product. I am desperate for them to improve customer service and operations, but they won’t. I don’t know if it is because of laziness or greed or both. If you eat in. It will be good. Just don’t order take out. They just treat you like a piece of sh*t. They accused us of having too many comps(owners son) and that them being late was our fault. Of course that doesn’t account for the fact that they delivered the wrong pizza. Enough said. Maybe you will get lucky. I just hope they have to experience some accountability for their poor OPS and lack of customer service.

As much as I used to love this place, and I really hate leaving it a bad review I’ve officially got to. Over the past 4 years I’ve been dining here, and year after year the customer service and wait times have gotten worse and worse. 6 months ago my husband and I dined here, and after ordering the wings we begun to dig in and found multiple wings with feathers still attached– we were offered a new basket and in this one not only were the wings still feathered, but one wings meat was COMPLETELY black. Not burned black– rotten black. Finally after our second unsanitary basket of wings we were offered a refund. 6 months later… we decided to try again. It took 40 min to get our pizza and our wings never appeared. We asked about our wings are were told«oh they didn’t make them» and we’re told they would be out as soon as they were done. another 20 min later and we ask about our wings again. When we finally got them they were luke warm and again, had feathers! Not once since the wings were dropped off have we been checked on, no one has even looked our way to tell about our feathered wings the entire time I’ve been writing this. And my husband and I will not be coming back. Customer service is in a really sad state here, and I wish it was like it was a year or 2 ago.

ANOTHERGREATPIZZAPLACE! This restaurant took me by surprise, and they have a pretty good draft list. The pizza comes back hot, the right amount of grease, and the perfect crispy crust. My new favorite pizza joint. The only problem I have is that it takes forever to get your order! So don’t come too hungry, you will be waiting!

We must have picked a bad day to come … At 3 pm, there was a 20 minute wait for pizzas, their soda machine was broken so nothing to drink except alcohol, water or apple juice, and you can’t order pizza by the slice on Sundays. Then tables set up as reserved more than an hour in advance of their reservation. This place might be good but there are sooooo many great pizza places in the area, so think twice.

The garlic knots are to DIE for. I craved them all week and made this my night! They also have a pretty good regular beer selection.

Great pizza got cinna knots and very friendly staff who checked in on us regularly. Well worth any tip I left. Pizza was very warm, flavorful and the cheese stretched every slice. Beers were cold and«beer/bar» manager gave me a few tastes after I said that Allagash was my regular choice. Staff friendly attentive but not pushy and one guy really played with my daughter with regards to what she was watching in the phone. We will be back! Only recommendation would be to have half orders of the cinna-knots the full was just too big even for 4 adults.

My dining experience at this place was more like 1.5 stars. We got there on a Sunday afternoon around 3. There were roughly 4 tables that were occupied with customers. So the restaurant was not busy at all. We grabbed a table and chose the pizza that we wanted and one of us went to order. There were 6 of us, so we ordered 2 medium sized pizza and thought if we are still hungry we could order more later. After putting the order at the counter, we started talking thinking that the pizza should be ready probably in about 30 mins or… 30 mins passed and there was no sign of the pizzas… Not to mention that my sister had asked for hot water which it never was brought to her within that 30 mins. So she went and asked for it Again. It took her 2 more times, until they brought her the hot water in a Dirty cup which she returned and waited another 15 mins for a new cup to be brought to her. A good hour had passed until we saw a guy bringing our pizzas to our tables… And he notified us that, instead of BBQ sauce on our BBQ pizza, they put Balsamic instead and if we don’t like it, they can make a new one for us… I was like you gotta be kidding me… There were no apologies or anything and also if I don’t end up liking it, do I have to wait another hour for that pizza pie to get ready!!! Although they seemed fully staffed, while having 10 people behind the counter talking and chatting, nobody stopped by our table to see if we needed anything… The whole experience was just bad… And I would not return…

We have been coming here almost every Tuesday night lately for double/group dates because of their awesome beer deals. They were hosting a promotion where every week, a new brewery would come in and you would be able to order a craft beer of choice for $ 4 and keep the beer glass! Our cabinets are now bursting with beer glasses, lol. The pizzas here are amazing too — the best I’ve had in Tustin(or in Irvine for that matter!). Ooey gooey cheese, loaded with fresh toppings, on an amazingly delicious crust. The owner and staff are super friendly and this place is always bustling whenever we come. Highly recommend!

It’s a sad state of affairs for pizza in East Orange. Wise Guy’s pretty much has the market cornered as the only pizza place in the neighborhood, but it is oh so underwhelming. The food is mediocre at best, the food portion-for-cost ratio is waaaay out of whack, and the pick-up /to-go part of the business is beyond dysfunctional. We keep coming back because it’s so close to the house, but I can’t do it any more. Every time we give it a try I vow to never return. Couple tips: don’t order delivery on a Thursday through Saturday night unless you order well in advance or have A LOT of time on your hands to sit around and wait. Ditto for ordering pick-up /to-go(invariably the experience has been worse when ordering to go). And don’t waste your time ordering a «small» pie. I’ve seen bigger pancakes served at IHOP.

First time here, live close by. They forgot about our pizza. The pizza was loaded with too much cheese & Alfredo sauce it literally fell off crust. We ordered ½ marguerite ½ wise guys. Plain. It made us sick, tossed & turned all night. Too salty. Crust was good. Servers nice. Won’t be back

Pizza is doughy and full of flavor! Being a garlic lover, I always get The Hitman pizza. Not surprised by how busy it gets on the weekends, nothing a pitcher of beer from their large beer selection can’t fix! The garlic knots and Italian wings are always a must.

Myself and a bunch of others from here at the Fire Dept go here… but over the last 2 months the quality and accuracy of the orders has been terrible. We have not got one order correct in the last 7 visits and the quality has been well below par. Maybe it was that WG was so good for such a long time. We have decided as a group we will move on and order elsewhere

Tried this place last night with some friends who recommended it. Got the Alfredo pizza. I was… Well… Not enthused. It was pretty bland. Chicken was virtually nonexistent. Tried putting ranch on it then tried balsamic. Kept it at least tolerable. The servers really save this place. Super pleasant and helpful even if they were busy for a Tuesday night. Thanks to them I’m likely to at least give the place another shot. And they seemed to have a large selection of beers, but I didn’t look at what they had or try one last night.

This is a great place to eat/drink and catch up with friends. It can get crowded during prime hours. When it’s crowded it is difficult to hear people sitting next to you because of the echo in the restaurant. But if you can get over it, it’s an awesome place to eat. Wise Gals BBQ pizza is now my favorite pizza in all of Orange County! This pizza is a blend of my favorite type of pizza — BBQ chicken and my favorite type of salad — Southwestern Chicken. I love that the pizza has half baked ingredients and the rest are fresh veggies. Please please try this pizza. You won’t be disappointed. :)

If i could give this place 0 stars I would! I ordered 2 calzones for delivery. On Wise Guy’s website, it states; «Start with Ricotta, Mozzarella, Asiago & Parmesan Cheese. Add up to Three Toppings(optional) . Served with a Side of Marinara Sauce». When i placed my order, they charged me for 7 toppings total which equaled out to about $ 12.53. I asked the cashier«why it’s an additional $ 12.53»? The cashier said«It’s a $ 1.79 for each additional topping». I inform the cashier that the website states«includes 3 toppings». The cashier responds by saying«It’s a typo on our website and we are trying to get that fixed, sorry». The cashier on the phone was completely clueless and seemed extremely nervous but he was polite nonetheless. It takes a couple minutes to edit a website so that is no excuse. On top of that, they would not honor what there website states! Obviously they don’t know the meaning of customer service nor do they understand how the business world works. Being a business man myself, I always try to please my clients no matter the cost. I always loved Wise Guys Pizzeria and always ordered close to $ 70+ worth of food every time i dined in or ordered for delivery but i will NEVER come back… I hope the $ 12.53 was worth it because you just lost yourself a loyal customer!

GREATFOOD ~ GREATSERVICE! What else is there when it comes to a Dinning establishment? Well let me tell you… The difference between good and great is that they use the 5′ rule here. If someone is within 5 feet of you they say hello, and make sure you are well taken care of! That’s great service! Beside an array of cool pizzas with only fresh toppings, they have amazing Calzones! Never been a fan of Calzones until now. To top it off they serve supercalafragilistic Gelato in 4 flavors! If you haven’t been to Wise Guys you ARE missing out! Enjoy!
