Don’t try to order pizza for delivery from these people. The women I talked to at the Chapman location had no idea where my hotel was. When I gave the address of the hotel, she actually asked if «City Drive» was one word or two. She then asked me if the hotel was near Highway 55. How would I know this? I am a hotel guest, therefore from out of town. It just got worse from there and I finally hung up.

I love Valentino’s. They are the best at the value/​cheap pizza category. The 5.99 large one topping pick up deal is amazing. I’ve also had them deliver several times and they always have specials. The service and delivery have always been great.

Awesome crust. Not too thick, not too thin. Cooked to perfection. Ample amount of toppings. Had it delivered (free delivery!).2 larges with 3 toppings for 18.00! What a deal! Best delivery pizza we’ve had. Beats papa johns and dominos by a wide margin. Will definitely be be buying from them again.

Ordered 2 large pizzas last week — they were delivered barely warm and had virtually no sauce on either one. Bland, no flavor lukewarm cardboard, yuck! Very disappointing

Normally the pizza tastes fine. However I always get put on hold for long amounts of time and sometimes on the busy nights they don’t even answer and it goes through to a message machine. Tonight, I was on hold for 20 minutes until I finally just drove down and walked in the store when they had 3 girls in the front and 2 had just picked up the phone. I understand being busy, I work retail. But when I make a customer wait that long accidentally and then they are disgruntled I offer to fix the situation and make them the priority. I was offered a lame apology and asked if I still wanted to place an order. Whoever the manager is needs to get on top of the operations of this location, it’s horrendous.

Decent inexpensive hot & fresh pizza even after all these years. Been using these guys since 1999 when I lived in Long Beach and it’s just like I remember, good and cheap! !
$ 5.99 large carryout deal. $ 2 per additional topping. Online ordering for convenience and find additional coupons there. Delivery available too if you live in the general area except on carryout deal. When they’re busy it takes 20 minutes but normally it will be ready in 15…

You get what you pay for. I was shocked at two large for under $ 13 but gave it a try. Toppings were very sparse. Crust was uninspiring. Sauce pretty good actually. But when I am going to splurge and eat pizza, I want it to be flavorful with abundant toppings. I won’t be back.
Minimal seating here. Very spare and cold décor.
Want to get stuffed for very little money? This is your place. Just don’t expect a great pizza.

I’ve been coming here for 15 years and it’s always been one of my favorite pizzas. Ordered a large pizza last week and my gluttonous self ate half of it! The crust is not too thick and I love their pizza sauce and cheese. They always have a carry out special of 1 large 1 — topping pizza for $ 6.99. Don’t expect a fancy pizza place, expect great pizza.

I frickin love pizza that has authentic tasting sauce and they nail that for sure! I feel so satisfied after inhaling my pizza and Valentinos is always my go-​to. YUM

Bait and switch. Ordered a pizza online wanting to try these guys out. Asked them to honor the Unilocal check in offer. They said «in store only» I said «why is that not on your coupon, it is also not noted anywhere» this was my 2nd call to the store. Because my first call was put on hold for 3 minutes. Impatient, I hung up and then called back and no wait.
Didn’t really want to try the pizza, after the experience I had. Customer service tells me churro cost .33 ($ 1 retail) soda .15 ($ 1.79 retail) garlic roll .05 (.75 retail)
I’d give 5 stars if they honored their coupon, gave a little customer service and their pizza was good. 3 strikes = 1 star Sad because I live less than 5 miles from here

I love this pizza joint! It’s super close to my house. My family and I have been getting pizza here for years. I discovered garlic topping from Valentinos and I’m a lover ever since. The people working there are always very sweet too. Good quality pizza for cheap!

Tasty neighborhood pizza joint! If you’re looking for something authentically good, with decent sauce and crust, this is a great place. Free delivery over $ 12, and the pizzas are typically a pretty good deal. I think the last time I ordered for delivery, it was something like $ 16.99 for an XL deluxe veggie. Not bad at all. They also do carry out deals sometimes, like the most recent one, $ 5.99 for a large one topping, as many as you wanted.
They’re great if you live in the area, but I’m not sure they deliver more than a couple of miles from the place. My only real complaint is that the pizza is really one of the only things worth getting; don’t bother with the pastas, salads, or calzones — definitely sub par!
I do recommend the cannoli though, very creamy and delicious!

Love this pizza! The dough is just freaking good! I can probably eat a whole large if I wanted to because I like their pizza so much. I would def order from here over the usual Papa Johns, Dominoes, Pizza Hut, etc. Ordered a pizza to-​go and it took about
15 minutes.
FOOD:
Pizza (5 stars): Had mushrooms, Italian sausage, and chicken. The sausage was really good, they didn’t give much grilled chicken though.
Hot wings (4 stars): Sauce was more sweet than spicy. Pretty big wings but some of the big ones had dryer meat inside. Still satisfied my craving though.
Cheesecake (3 stars): A standard cheesecake you can get from the grocery store, I just needed something sweet to end my meal.
They give a ranch with the wings then charge 50 cents for any additional ranch you want.
SERVICE:
Everyone was really nice here.
ATMOSPHERE:
Clean, couple of booth seats, TV.

We often order to go from this pizzeria in our neighborhood. The pizzas, lasagnas, warm bread and even the salads are so delish!!! Fresh, good portions, and very filling.
We have even tried their cannolis and other desserts and they’re good too.
Always ask for their combos and specials, it’s the way to go!
