Bagel Me! & First Class Pizza

I always come here everytime I visit my parents which is 5mins away. Their traditional burger is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, although its a little messy to eat but the sauce is really good and the bread is tasty! Also seasoning they put on the fries is the bomb! Tried their cupcakes too which are really good too! (sugar me cupcakes) The people who work here are also always very nice. Love this place! Will always come back.

I stop by here on my way into the office when it is my turn to bring in bagels. They are fresh and tasty, with many of the traditional varieties and several version of cheese, jalapeño, and cheesy jalapeño bagels.
They are not, however, east coast bagels. These are bigger and a little airier with less of a crust on the edge, and there are no bialies. I can’t find good NY style bagels since Western Bagel closed up shop in Tustin years back, but these are still pretty good.

First Class, Bagel Me, Buccaneers to me will always have the best dough. It makes me sad to always see the place empty. I’d hate for them to close their doors.

Went with co-​workers and had the lunch special pizza and salad, we finished our food when we realized that there was mold in the parmesan cheese shaker. We spoke to a manger who said «I always eat mold, I eat mold all the time» we laughed then he said sorry and sent us on our way. Really disappointed with management’s response. We will not be going back.

Horrible experience. Please stay away from this place if you want to have a peaceful breakfast. The management is horrible. I mean there is no management. We got the worst uncooked omelette and when we asked to see the manager, they said there is no manage on duty and that was their pick time, like 11 am on a saturday. Then we asked to get our money back, they said they have to call the owner, and the owner did not pick up the phone so they said sorry without their permission we can not give your money back. I left them my number so the owner can call me but it’s been 2 weeks and no one has called me back yet. So please do not take your money and your precious time to this place.

Bagels are good but avoid the breakfasts. Worst omelets ever. This place didn’t even have a salt shaker and the pepper grains were so large they wouldn’t come out of the shaker! There was no manager on site on Saturday morning!!! Will not come back.

This place is not worth it. I wanted a bagel sandwich but they only had 2 options and neither of them sounded appetizing. All the bagels were a little burns. We got 2 cheese and everything bagels and asked if it could be toasted and they said that was extra! Seriously? And the cream cheese they give you for the bagel is a tiny little cup. Not satisfied at all. Will not return

Don’t place your order online as they tell you it will be 35 minutes and the you get there and they tell you it will be another 25 minutes more.
The lady was nice she did state, «do you want your money back. Not sure what else to tell you».
Horrible.

Pizza is pretty good, but the customer service is horrible! I work across the street so whenever I do stop by (which is once in a blue moon) I almost cringe thinking about the horrible customer service that is about to be provided. the tall blonde girl with blue eyes (kyla? Kayla?) really needs to practice smiling more and be more helpful and NOT SO FUCKING RUDE to buying customers. Hope if management sees this and talks to its workers, the poor customer service is unacceptable.

There were two people working, no one else in the restaurant but myself. I walk in, order a single smoothie, and it still takes them 15 minutes to make. The first 12 minutes no one was even in the smoothie making area. Wtf

A go to place for our family. The burgers and fries are really tasty. Kids like the chicken tenders and fries. The barbecue range salad is a favorite of my wife. I like the vegetarian bagel sandwich as well to mix it up. There is a nice diverse menu with plenty of seating. Great place for friends and family to hang out for a meal or get it to go/​delivery.

We love there pizza but the service seems to be getting bad! We always order our pizza to be delivered and most of the time they get it right. So we thought we would go sit inside on a very hot day and we walked in and it’s really warm inside. My wife asks the girl if the Ac can be turned up and she just stairs at us, finally she tell us that the Ac is broken. We would have stayed but her little attitude blew it for us! We decided to go to the circle and eat at a different pizza place.

Okay well technically this Bagel Me shares their spot inside with a Sugar Me Bakery and a First Class Pizza. Who wouldn’t be drawn into the idea of gathering up a few unhealthy food groups and placing them all under one roof?!
Bagel Me has quite the selection bagels ranging from Sourdough and Whole Wheat Glazer all the way to Cheese Jalapeño and Chocolate Chip! The next step is to top your warm bagel off with one of their delightfully creamy spreads which includes Plain, Strawberry, Walnut Raisin, and Lox just to name a few. If you want something a bit heavier, all of their bagel sandwiches including their burgers are completely satisfying and filling especially with the choice of either fries or chips on the side.
Now if on your visit you’re wanting something a little sweet, go get yourself a candy bar somewhere else because the Sugar Me Bakery bakes nothing but gigantic cupcakes with creative flavors that are so addicting, you’ll be lucky enough to even get one of these monsters before they sell out by 11a. m! But that’s a whole different review.
I’ve never tried their First Class Pizza but I’ve heard nothing but good and appetizing things! This Bagel Me location has by far been the best I’ve been too. Plus, it includes a bakery and pizzeria! Although the service here is usually a little slow, their bagels will not disappoint. Not only are they always toasted to perfection, but they come with a smooth creamy sidekick. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Bagel Me has something for every bagel craving!

My bagel with lox sandwich was amazing. All the ingredients were fresh. Customer service was good too. Nice atmosphere and clean surroundings.

Cashier was nice and friendly. Everything I have had here has been good. Turkey burger moist. Pizza good. Cupcakes and muffins good too. I have also had the meatball sandwich — good. Yes they do take a little longer to get your order but I am glad that it has always come out fresh and hot and in their defense they get most of their business from pick up/​call in orders. Give them a break.

Complaint is «I just work here» I ordered $ 150 worth of food for an office party and this is how they don’t go above and beyond.

I called in my order as my 2 young children and I were coming from long beach and in a hurry to get to Irvine Park. When I got there, as usual, the employees were wandering around, saw me, and went about their wandering. The owner/​manager lady with the glasses was there and finally decided to help me. She repeated half my order and I finished it up for her, to make sure it was all included. This irritated her and she cut me off and said «$ 22.xx» ok, so I was counting out the cash in my wallet and she started huffing and said «I’m gonna go…(do something)» so I just handed her my card instead. Rude. Then I proceeded to wait 17 MINUTES to get my food! A pickup order that was called in 20 mins earlier!
I asked, «is there extra cinnamon and sugar on the cinnamon toasted bagels?» And I was told yes, there was.
WRONG. I’ve included a picture of one, but they all looked this way. There was just butter. Guess I should have triple checked my order, but it had been 20+ mins and my 5 and 2 year old sons were so bored and had already been yelled at by the same woman (manager? Owner?) which really pushed me over the edge with them.
I will NEVER be going back to this location. I’d rather drive further to villa park, but Tustin location is the best.
I grew up going to this bagel me, spending my hard earned money here in high school. It’s gone way downhill since becoming first class/​cake/​bagel me. The middle-​aged woman with glasses is a HORRIBLE employee. Tis is the 3 rd time I’ve taken notice. Bad customer service= bad business

I love First Class Pizza and the other food is pretty good, though not inexpensive.
The service and employees’ professionalism is often poor. A recent experience was the tipping point :
We had a pick up order and got home to find no salad and no burger sauce (requested on the side). We returned to pick them up and the apathetic girl at the register told me, «She left before we gave her the salad,» implying it was my sister’s fault we didn’t get the full order. I told her there also wasn’t any sauce for the burger. She said, «okay.» I was shocked and told her it wasn’t okay to not have a full pick up order so screwed up. She said, «I’ll make a note of it,» with no eye contact and utter apathy.
I took the order, disgusted. I later found no burger sauce in the bag. I suppose that was my fault — I left before they gave it to me!
I will not return.

Haven’t eaten my food yet but I think it’s a rip off. 13 bucks for an omelet and coffee. I know it’s not even worth that price. I also said no potatoes and the didn’t have anything to sub for it so I’m paying for something I’m not getting. Won’t be back. Coffee sucks.

I had a crazy craving for an everything bagel so my boyfriend indulged said craving by taking me to BagelMe. We had a huge selection to choose from and while my mind temporarily flitted to the salt bagel and then to the egg bagel, I stuck to my original desire of the everything bagel and a hazelnut coffee.
We got our order number, grabbed our coffee and dug in. It was a little too toasted for my taste, and not enough cream cheese but it satisfied me. I will be back for my next bagel fix.
