Worst Starbucks ever! Guy at the drive through is very rude and won’t even let you speak! Just keeps saying Starbucks policy. We follow policies others may not. We asked for are drink to be split into two and he said they couldn’t do it. Everyother store we’ve been to has, in fact it was a Starbucks that originally told me I could order that way. I definetly won’t be going back to that store and has left me with a bad taste for Starbucks period. No need to be rude, you need to learn some customer service skills!

Brand spanking new! I like shiny new toys. I love the location of this Starbucks! Very convenient located right off the 60 exit. Also, It has the camera drive thru! I drove thru very early in the morning so my service was not only fast but my order was done just right! Considering the hour(5am), the girl at the window was very polite and friendly. My drink came out perfect! Extra hot, just like I ordered. Thanks for my drink! Great Starbucks to stop by!

I’ve been going to Starbucks since the 90’s when they opened up! This is one of the worst. Several times they forget to put mocha in my mocha frapp with toffee nut and instead of apologizing they’d argue with me. I don’t need that kind of service for a $ 6 drink. If you want a better location try the Starbucks on Foothill and Ramona in Rancho Cucamonga or basically anywhere else.

Worst Starbucks ever! And I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks since the 90s. They never get the order right and the make no apologies for it. In fact it’s quite the opposite here, they argue with you when they do screw up. No on ever wants to help and they all seem clueless about things that other Starbucks locations know about. It’s as if they hired random people off the street and never trained them, but not just regular people, rude people. Not one person at this location understands the meaning of customer service. I almost forgot to mention that they also like to steal your change here. The girls at the window assume that you want your change to go into their tip bucket instead of your hand. Now, I don’t mind tipping but I’d rather it be by choice. Note to Starbucks: Hire some adults for this location who understand what it is to provide good if not great customer service.

I go here daily to study, always purchase drinks, etc… Anyways there is pretty much two types of staff. Awesome and helpful, then theres the one’s who take forever, and are constantly rushing you out. Unfortunately tonight I experienced the staff I don’t like to be around. As usual one of the staff members came up to us reminding us about the 10 minutes to closing, so we started to wrap up what we were doing, save papers, etc. It hits 11:01 and while waiting for one of my friends to finishing grabbing his stuff one of the staff rudely comes up and tells us we need to hurry up and get out because they opened their safe. I understand that they want to go home, but to rudely come up to me and say hurry up while shooting us dirty looks was extremely annoying. They also seemed to be talking a lot on their headsets quietly while me and my study group were about to exit standing at the door looking at us waiting to leave. Really crappy service today, and yesterday they charged me for a GTL because thats what i wanted and only made me a green tea, and it took forever. Definitely going to start looking for a better Starbucks, or start coming on the days where the awesome staff is working…

This Starbucks has a Clover coffee machine with a great selection of rare coffee beans. 4 stars just for that, the extra star is for the great customer service. The only trace of the old Del Taco is the drive thru entrance.

This location is right off the 60 and Mountain. The drive thru is packed in the morning since people get their coffee before the commute, so I usually go inside where there’s no line. The barista with red hair is super sweet. I appreciate her friendly demeanor so early in the morning. When she asked how my morning is, she was genuinely caring, not like other places just ask your order and want you out of the way. And the coffee was fresh! Nice way to start my Monday!

I decided to stop by this location since it’s more convenient for me. I went through the drive thru to order and the employee rudely told me to wait she responded«just look at the menu or something» was waiting for at least five minutes for someone to take my order when there wasn’t even anybody in line and once I ordered and was at the window I noticed she was just talking to another employee and not even acknowledging that I was at the window waiting. I ordered a cheese danish & a tall pumpkin spice latte, once I got home(I live not even a minute away) decided to eat my danish and notice it was cold and it was really hard and stale, then I went to drink my latte hadn’t even took one sip and noticed that it felt really light so I opened up the lid and of course it was only 2⁄3 full. So disappointed with my overall experience!

WORSTSERVICEEVER. Got stuck in a stand still drive through line with no way out. Spent 37 minutes waiting! Once we finally got up to the window and paid we waited another five minutes for one drink and another seven for the other… we watched every car in front of us only get on or two drinks so there was NO reason for the wait other than HORRIBLE employees. There were four people in there doing nothing but taking orders and standing around and one person making drinks. One of ours we noticed had to be remade even though our two drinks were identical. I would rather drink Arco coffee…

This new Starbucks is beautiful from the street… it beats looking at a 30 year old Del Taco. The customer service is great. A little slow when the first opened but that’s true for any place. This place is very clean and just looks like damn good in that spot. The drink are pretty much standard, but my pumpkin frap was delisious. My cake pop was fresh and my Trenta black iced tea was perfect… no too strong. When I’m in this area I will be sure to stop here… even though I have one walking distance from my house. HAHA

So glad they opened one here. They make great coffee compared to most other Starbucks. 1 big downfall. They are so damn slow. I go to other Starbucks or gas stations in the early mornings cause I can’t wait 15 mins for a cup of coffee. Get it together guys!

I literally just left this new starbucks and I was pretty amazed by the level of customer service that the employees have. I wish I could’ve got their names but I totally forgot because from the moment we pulled to the camera/speaker the guy was happy to help us and kept making us laugh. We ask for 3 drinks that contained caramel and I ask for tons of caramel on all of them but for obvious reasons they couldn’t give us all of it lol the girl that prepared out drinks was awesome too laughing and smiling and«hooking us up» with tons of caramel lol I can’t give them 10 stars but I totally would if I could :) from now on my starbucks to go to!

Went the 2nd day they opened. OMGTHE girl at the drive thru has no idea what she is doing. They messed up my order. Took for ever Also I asked for my receipt because I wanted to make sure they charge me right! The girl at the drive thru said yes I’ll get it right now like 10 times then she calls a manger and he says sorry I can’t get it cause the Computer doesn’t want to print it. Like really? 30 min wasted. I’ll give it another try in a couple weeks but as of right now 1 star!!!

This brand new remodeled building off Mountain Ave and the 60 Freeway has been taken over by Starbucks in what was formerly a Del Taco location. According to the Starbucks manager, Del Taco lost their lease and vacated. The building was gutted and is now a brand new Starbucks with a drive thru right off State Route 60 in Ontario, CA. This Mountain &60 location is not to be confused with one very close on Mountain & Riverside Dr. in Chino. The staff is very friendly and the tables are clean. The only downside is the traffic on Mountain Ave makes it’s kind of tricky to pull in to this location. Good addition to the Ontario/Chino, CA area.
