Closest starbys to my house now in chino. Going to start going farther away. Jamie and another blonde woman were working yesterday. Second time it was just the two of them there and they gave horrible service. Was only myself and a gentleman in the store. If it was extremely busy I would have understood the rudeness and horrible service. When I ordered my drink I asked if two extra shots of espresso is sufficient for an avid energy drink consumer. Jamie replied«yea… Or not» and laughed. The other blonde then laughed also and said«whatever» she then made my drink with regular amount of espresso because I saw her and when I asked if she added the extra shots she nodded and walked away to make another drink. I have always gone to a Starbucks and the baristas are very informative and willing to answer questions but this is the only one where the employees seem completely miserable. Drink came out great… But I’ll go to a different one from now on

Never had a bad experience at this location. I can say I’m more regular now than I was previously thanks to my friend. The staff seem pretty amicable and they know how to make a latte keto style; Albeit I do tell them to put heavy whipping cream on it. It’s generally quiet until the kids get off school, that’s when they crowd around and become loud and boisterous… But that generally isn’t a Starbucks issue. I like this spot and I’ll continue to go.

I have been meaning to let everyone know just how bad the service and management is here. This review is through the experiences of both my sister and one of her good friends who worked underneath Jamie for a while. Now I love Starbucks in general but i will never step foot into this one again because Jamie the manager was undeniably horrible towards her employees. Leaving work for hours during lunch, choosing favorites and nit-picking the employees she didn’t like, hiring only new girls that resembled her. Yelling at and critiquing baristas in front of customers, refusing to cash out a gift card to a black customer… list goes on! The worst thing had to be REFUSING to sign my sisters transfer paperwork, so that my sister ended up not getting to transfer to a new Starbucks. By the time my sister found out what Jamie had done, that new position became unavailable. Starbucks needs to triple check Jamie’s work because if I were the district manager she would be Gone. I was in this morning about 7am. Just wanted to apologize on behalf of the stranger in front of me who gave the barista a hard time because you don’t serve decaf on the weekends or between certain times in the AM during the week… Really??? She spoke to the manager as well and I couldn’t believe how rude she was about the whole thing. The woman wanted to bring it to corporate?! Really?! Do us all a favor lady and stop going to Starbucks! As I was making my coffee while waiting for my bagel that lady told me «can’t believe it. You stop drinking coffee and gig can’t even get what you want.» I just looked at her. I was in rush to get to school, otherwise I would have told her something and thanked the manager and female who took my order. I’ve never had any problems at this Starbucks or any other Starbucks for that matter. So I just wanted to say keep up the great work, you are appreciated, and the reason for no decaf is a GREAT reason. Imagine a company who wants to decrease waste!

Every time I use the mobile app and pick up from this location, they always mess up my order and never apologize for having me wait an additional 10 minutes while they serve everyone else. The last time I was in a rush and ordered 10 minutes prior to arriving. I’d ordered a hot Café Americano using the mobile app, and when I arrived they had an iced Café Americano waiting. When I told the barista that I’d ordered a hot drink, she looked at me like I was bothering her and didn’t apologize for THEIR mistake. Seriously bish… I paid for the drink already so you need to make the drink I ordered! Of course, it was packed at 7:15a so I had to wait for them to re-make my drink. Never again will I patron this location!

I enjoy going to this Starbucks. They have good customer service. They have a restroom for customers. They also have a lot of parking, and it is also free. I always go to this Starbucks before I go to work. They have good space to read or work at also.

I spend so much money here. I’ve seen the staff come and go. Years and years. But this manager is not a good one. As a Buisness person, I understand productivity is important. But if your gonna steam milk for my espresso and charge me for 3 oz but not for 2oz, why throw out that extra ounce? Just give it to the customer. So instead of $ 3.90 from me, you get $ 1.95. She even tried to charge me for cold milk, when I could just pour it myself. It’s cool. There are 5 other surrounding stores near me. Your not gonna get my $ 15 a day no more!

We come here often. It’s my daughters favorite place. She’s 12 and knows exactly what she wants and how to order it. But it seems as if they are annoyed with her every time. I also get that feeling when I’ve gone in there. They make her feel like an inconvenience. There are a lot of young people that go there because it’s between a Jr. High and Elementary school. They need to have a little more patience and set an example for our future Baristas. I now try to use the new one on Shaefer, although it’s out of the way. They are very nice!

When you think of Starbucks you think«there’s one on every corner». However this is a gem, the staff is great and give a consistent blend of coffee each and every time. This is right next to the subway and gas station. There is a nice area to sit outside or in.

Had to write this review. Starbucks is known for hospitality and making their customers comfortable. The barista blonde girl with a ponytail that helped me here made me feel stupid as I was ordering. Kept interrupting me while I was ordering. Never smiled. Paid with my free reward plus the gold card on my phone. Didn’t notice I was a buck short. She made me do the walk of shame and go back to my car to get the money. Most Starbucks will say don’t worry about it. Yeah we have spent a million dollars there. A new Starbucks is opening closer to my home. Will not come back to this one that is for sure.

Decent run of the milk Starbucks They’re either really popular throughout the day or don’t get much supply cuz they’ve run out of certain items a few times that I’ve been there. I never wait too long here though, so it’s my go too place for my 2pm almost falling asleep coffee break. hard to find a table or a chair here though, a lot of people study and chill out here.
