I’ve seen hundreds of Outback commercials, yet I’ve never been to Outback in all my life! Until tonight… My husband chose this place because he found out about an AARP15% discount. Lol We arrived during the tail end of dinner rush hour on a Saturday night. After a 15 minute wait, we got seated. We had a 2 server duo that was friendly and helpful. We asked for recommendations about sides since I had never been there. We also got complimentary bread and butter. Ordered the bloomin onion, sirloin(11 oz) with grilled shrimp mashed potato and Caesar salad, and ribeye(11 oz) with mushrooms and baked potato. While it’s not the best steak ever, it was a pretty good steak for a chain restaurant! What made it even better was the attentive and polite servers. Husband and I walked out very pleased(and with a box of leftovers because they give big portions). Good place to return to every once in awhile! Other pluses: plenty of seats in waiting area. Tight/limited parking can use some improvement.

Went tonight with my family for my nephews bday. The steak was so tough I couldn’t eat it. They took it back and made another one and the guy who brought it out stood over while I tried it. It was still not good but I felt uncomfortable so I had to say it was fine to get him to go away. They gave me my bill before I even got my new steak. My whole family was done and just sitting there so I ended up taking the meal to go I don’t know why since I’m not gonna eat it. This doggy bag is definitely going to my dogs!

Not a place you look for Fish Tacos but not bad for a Steak House, Lots of more fish than what you get in a normal taco place, crispy flour tortilla Just the right amount of Pico with a nice Aolie sauce to drizzle on surprisingly good. No Rules Parmesan Pasta with Grilled Chicken Good sauce pasta was cooked a dente with just the right amount of spice.

Came here before shopping with my mom and daughter for her 7th birthday. I have always loved outback but this one in particular had exceptional service and food came quickly. We were greeted quickly by the host and seated within a few minutes. Out waitress came quickly taking out drink orders. It took her a little to come back but we were able to get our dinner orders in. When it came out it was well worth. My daughter got the jr ribs and my mother & I got the outback steak. Everything was exceptional. They were kind enough to sing happy birthday and bring a good sizes ice cream Sunday to her. That made her night. Thank you again

Awful service. server was rude. and employees allowed a child to sit at bar when my husband and I were told our older children(15&10) could not. I brought it to the attention to the manager. He replied.well.she is not drinking. REALLY?! I then asked what it would do to their liquor license. and that if the rules should be the same for all. NOEXCEPTIONS

Typical outback chain restaurant except the server we had today was amazing. I wish we remembered her name! We arrived at 8:45 on a Tuesday so it wasn’t very busy. I saw that they had the lobster and sirloin advertised online for $ 14.99, but when we came in it was $ 18.99. I guess it was only at select locations. Their steaks come with your choice of a potato side(fries, mashed potato, baked potatoes, sweet potato… etc) and a side(broccoli, mixed veggies, salad, soup… etc). We decided to go with a 13oz ribeye cooked medium, mashed potatoes and broccoli AND their lobster tail with the 6 oz. sirloin cooked medium with mashed potatoes(+$ 1 for sour cream, cheese, bacon) and the blue cheese pecan salad add on($ 5.49). Our server brought over warm bread and some whipped butter which we devoured within minutes. The pecan salad came shortly after. I’m glad I got the dressing on the side because sometimes they tend to overdo it with the dressing. Romaine lettuce with some pecans, blue cheese crumbles, carrots, cabbage, green onions and some crispy«Aussie crunch» stick things that I’m not sure how to describe. I love blue cheese, and it was a perfect salad! If you’re not a fan then I would recommend something else. Our steaks were perfectly cooked which is great because I’ve had an overcooked steak so many times at other places. I wish they had some sort of gravy for their mashed potatoes. The lobster tail was very small… maybe about 3 oz. and came with melted butter. My 6 oz. sirloin wasn’t very good though. I think its the type of meat that they have. It was cooked medium but was still pretty tough. My bf did enjoy his ribeye and said that he should have gotten the smaller one because the 13 oz. made him super full. Overall Outback has some pretty good deals and while I’ve enjoyed their sirloins in the past, I didn’t this time around. Maybe it was a bad cut, who knows. I’ll stick to their filets and ribeyes next time!

Food was ok, but service sucked. Apparently waitress in her 20s wasn’t happy that we didn’t order any drinks. But hey, we’re a family and already eating at Outback is an expense we normally don’t indulge in. So she was very passive aggressive and everything was served late. Didn’t refill our water. Late to bring in food. Late to bring condiments. Even late to bring take out containers. Won’t be back.

We have Never been to a outback but decided to go based on the commercial we saw today. We arrive(packed) and waited 1 hour just for them to tell us they couldn’t honor the commercial deal because it only for out of state and not California??? The manager came over and basically looked me in the eye and said sorry nothing I can do. We got up and left. As we were leaving he offered us a coupon? Really? Very horrible customer service. Took my starving and moody 8mth pregnant wife and 4 yr old to in n out. Thanks mr manager my double double was bomb!

I was in the area last week to see some friends and we decided to meet at Outback for a late lunch. Luckily they weren’t to busy when I came. The service was nice no complaints… I ordered the fettuccini Alfredo pasta dish with shrimp. It was pretty good but nothing to really brag about. 3 stars only because the service and the meal was ok but nothing really impressed me here to really earn 5 stars.

Tonight I had dinner here with my family. Ten people total. We had a coupon for 15% off sent to my email account. When it came down to paying, the manager explained the discount was invalid in California. Even though the website asked for my zip code when I signed in. Talk about the old bait and switch routine. Outback lured me in and then yanked my chain. Read your fine print people. Not happy.

We went here on March 19, 2016(a Saturday night) to grab a dinner with the family. We had 4 adults and 1 infant in the group and arrive about 6:30pm. We checked in and told the hostess we needed a table not a booth. Not only did we have to deal with the baby carrier which would need a stand next to the table we had grandpa and grandma who have problems getting into and out of a booth. We were told there would be a 45 min wait, and we understood this seeing as its one of the most popular nights. Were called after about 50 minutes and taken to a small booth in the corner of the location… Not only is it not big enough for for 4 full grown adults there is no where to fit the baby. We look at the hostess and say«this wont work, we asked for a table.» She paused and said«well this is what we have you down for, if you want to wait another 45 minutes we can put you down for a table.» Upset and angry we say«no thanks, we already waited and had already asked for a table.» We go to leave and a server drops a container of ranch right next to us, getting it on all 4 of us. We left hungry, upset and covered in ranch. It was one of the most disturbing trips out in a long time. We are going to tell everyone of our«night out» and avoid this chain from now on.

What a disappointment!!! My husband was hungry for a steak, so we decided to go to Outback at the Mills Mall. He ordered a ribeye and was unable to cut it because it was so tough. The waitress convinced him to order a filet mignon to replace the tough ribeye. The replacement steak that came was not a filet mignon, looked like a sirloin. It was tough and chewy. I knew it was not a filet mignon, but didn’t want to send it back again, just wanted to go home. We were charged for the filet mignon!!! Such a rip off!!! They even have pictures of the cuts of meat in the menu. Don’t be fooled!!! When we returned home, I read on Unilocal(should have read Unilocal reviews before going) that they are passing off cheap cuts of meat and calling them filet mignons!!! The chicken in the chef salad was tough as well. The bacon bits in the chef salad and on the baked potato were hard as rocks!!! The bread was good and the service was great, that is why I gave them one star. We will not go back to be ripped off a second time. This is so dishonest!!! People, know your cuts of meat. If you don’t, look at the pictures on the menu. If your steak is tough, say something!!!

Ever since fitting that Outback gift card into one of my wallet’s clear plastic sleeves, I had made great plans… schemes if you will, of the day I could extract it as it stuck to the sleeve, causing me to have to wedge my index finder between the sleeve to break the adhesion. It was going to be wondrous. A blooming onion… maybe some kind of saffron something or other… a few well paired beverages. It was a scene I had played out in my head until I got it just perfect. Unfortunately, life has a way of changing it up, and I had to bid a fond farewell to my one thousand, nine hundred and fifty four calorie appetizer, in lieu of a melancholy dinner. And I didnt spend the whole gc amount, so its still sticking to my wallet sleeve, even as I type

I don’t know about the food here currently. It’s always be good in the past. The problem is that they have an «up charge» for every damn thing on the menu. It was never like that before. *update* The food was ok. The mac n cheese isn’t the same. Seems like less cheese and more bland. Same with the salad dressing. The prices went up and portions shrank. Probably the last time we ever go to the Outback.

This Outback restaurant has been remodeled so it’s very nice and modern inside. We were there on a Friday night and for a party of 3, we were told the wait time would be from 20 – 25 minutes. Luckily for us, we waited probably no more than 10 minutes. We were seated promptly and our waitress brought out the complimentary bread right away. We ordered drinks, appetizers and our main entrees. All of our entrees came to our table quickly and our waitress checked on us numerous times. She wanted to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Kudos to our waitress for constantly checking in with us. I can honestly say I experienced nothing but excellent service. We will be back for sure.

I’ve seen and passed by many outback steak but never really took the time to come and sit down for a meal. Came to this location because my boyfriend and I were on vacation and it was right next to the hotel. He ordered steak and mash potatoes and he said it was really good. I ordered the chicken Ceaser salad and the French onion soup and it was super satisfying! The service was excellent and the food is good!

The steak was good and the service was so-so. It was father’s day so I knew it was going to be busy but we were sat after only 20 minutes which is awesome. There was 5 of us but they sat us at a 4 person booth with a chair on the end which was not comfortable but we preferred this over waiting outside. Server was really nice but didn’t come too often but like I said it was busy and father’s day. She left the plates and bread platter on the table thru the entrée which made it a little crowded. The food was good I got the rib eye medium rare and I liked it. All of my family enjoyed their dinner. Would definitely come back. Side note: there’s a low hanging lamp at each booth that’s annoying and unnecessary and distracting.

The ol’ ball and chain had a craving for steak, so off to Outback we go, on Sunday afternoon. The fact that there was absolutely no wait, brought a huge, shiny smile to my face! We were seated promptly, and our server arrived shortly there after. Lovin’ this speed! So here’s a breakdown of the experience: Service: GREAT! No complaints. Food: AMAZING! To start, we ordered the quesadillas, they were great. I ordered their NEW Teriyaki Ribeye, which I was so happy to see on their menu. I love sweet steak! It was delicious! I enjoyed every bite! I had that with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed veggies, a perfect combo! I ordered the grilled chicken with a side of fruit for my son. I really appreciate healthy alternatives on the kids menu! Oh, and their complimentary bread is always tasty! Price: A bit steep … $ 89 for the 2 ½ of us! Given my husband had 2 beers, but I guess steak is always pretty pricey. I’ve paid a little more than that at Ruth’s Chris and Fleming’s, so I was a little shocked that it was just as much as those fancy steak places. Overall, will probably return for that Teriyaki Ribeye! YUM!
