You will like this place! NY stake house. They also serve a great lobster! Parking is easy at the rear of the restaurant. Wonderful full bar. Take your date here and she will be impressed. Full wine selection. And the live piano player sets the mood for a relaxing experience. Enjoy.

This steak house is about as good as it gets, for Riverside County anyways. The ambiance was nice, had a nice old piano player, etc. Service was fast, but not too fast. Sure beats slow that’s for sure. Had the Rib Eye, would NOT get that again, wifey got the Sea Bass, which was good. The Lobster Bisque was wonderful, the Clam Chowder was lukewarm and runny. Would go there again though.

Came here last night to celebrate my parents 33 year anniversary. Had a reservation at 6pm, there was only another table filled at that time. But by 730pm. It was pretty much filled. Décor is nice, dark and quiet. Our server was very attentive to our needs, topping off our waters even when it wasn’t half empty. What we ate: Complimentary bread with butter. Bread was nice and warm, nice to chew on while figuring out what we were ordering. Had the fried calamari which was a generous proportion. Wasn’t to greasy. Nice and crunchy but not chewy. Also had a dozen oyster Rockefeller which had spinich, and bacon on top. That was pretty good too, and the oysters were massive. Their clam chowder was good too. It was a hearty amount filled with clams and other creamy goodness. I had the 10 oz filet mignon cooked medium rare. Never had a filet but it was so soft and juicy, not tough at all. Required a little bit more seasoning but that’s what the A1 sauce is for I guess. The mashed potatoes it came with too was good. Had a side of steak fries which were all right, needed help with the seasoning. Dessert we had a molten lava cake, crème brûlée and a pineapple coconut slice. They were all really good. The waiters came by and showed a sample of the 12 different types of desserts they had, each looking really good. The molten lava cake was rich and dark, berries do well to complement it. Crème brûlée had a hard surface but creamy insides. And the little bit of I c e cream on top was a nice addition. And the coconut/pineapple cake was really good too. Overall service 5⁄5. Manager came around and checked in on us several times as well. Food 4.5÷5 Price 5⁄5. There were 5 adults. 2 soups. 3 apps. 5 entrees. 3 desserts came out to $ 306. Will definitely be back.

Meal was very good, service was outstanding. I was just a little disappointed in the Shrimp Creole I had that just wasn’t up to what I remembered when having it the last time years ago. We will come back, as the menu actually looks very good, just ordered wrong item today.

I had the Halibut and it was dry and over cooked. Flavor was bland. I was very disappointed. My friend next to me order a «Porterhouse Steak» but really it was a T-bone. Regardless, the piece of meat was pretty good. The veggies were delicious as well as the crème b. Overall, I give this place a B– rating. Nothing was fancy about it. At TAPS you can get way better tasting food for about the same price.

Came here for an anniversary dinner. My BF was trying to be funny and bring me to NEWYORK. since I’ve been dropping hints that it should be our next trip. The food was great. the cheese and steak wasn’t to bad but after a while it became to much. The portions are reasonable and service was very attentive. HOWEVER it’s very pricey. it is somewhat of a steakhouse so I see why. but I’m not huge on red meats. So I guess the jokes on the BF for thinking that taking me to NY would be funny and him having to paying nearly $ 120 dollars on food! Lol

3 of us ate here tonight at around 6:45p. We didn’t have to wait for a table, the hostess was very nice and sat us shortly after we arrived. The menu very good. The waiter/waitress very, very good. The food was excellent! Wonderful ambiance. Most restaurants are now so loud you can hardly hear your party. There was a piano player here who was also very good. We will definitely be back. This is exactly what Ontario needed and I can’t say enough about it. Look forward to returning soon.

I’m obligated to write this review because of how disappointed in the staff I was. The staff were spread very thin and it took a long time for everything even though we were spending a lot of money. The waitress at least apologized for being short staffed but a nice restaurant like NYG is held to higher expectations. we had a huge Christmas party in a private room. A gift bag was left there with an expensive gift that the staff knew nothing about after calling after we left. Just disappointed that whoever found it couldn’t simply save it for the rightful owner to claim.

This is one of my favorite places in the IE. Pure class, great bartenders, excellent drinks and a personalized atmosphere that make this a true jewel of the Inland Empire. Also a great happy hour and a special place to take clients for lunch that offers some originality in an otherwise sterile location.

Well I have to start off by saying the seating was horrible even with reservations got a table by the front door. The manager would not accommodate or change table. I then proceeded to order a steak dinner I had the ribeye because you can’t go wrong with ribeye. I ordered it medium rare unfortunately it was brought out medium well by the time the waitress came back around to check on us my wife had already finished her meal.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My husband and I decided to grab a quick lunch and have never eaten here so we gave it a try. We never did get out food because we actually got up and left after 1 hour of waiting. Waitress finally came 15 minutes after being seated. Ordered soup and a sandwich. Clam chowder was cold! Not Luke warm-cold. Waited and waited. My husband finally got his beer, no glass, he had to ask for one. Long story short, one hour into our lunch and still no food, we got up and left. Tried to talk to a manager but she was upstairs. We eat out a lot and we will never never go back! Horrible!!!

Atmosphere and food very good. NOTE: Don’t bother putting your business card in for a chance to win free lunch for you office. They called me and said they picked my card. We set a date and I got the email confirmation 2 weeks in advance. They called last minute and canceled on my group.

Excellent atmosphere, warm, professional and friendly staff, very classy décor, extremely clean restaurant, romantic yet invitingly fun, casual, semi-formal or formal, great menu selections, a little pricey for this laid back easy goin’ down to earth Texan but they offer a great NFL or Ontario Reign pre or post game special that this Texan will definitely take advantage of again for sure. It’s genuine fine dining in Rancho Cucamonga.

Very nice restaurant. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Everyone there was very kind and happy to take care of us. Didn’t have to ask twice for anything. My husband had the seafood pasta dish, which he loved.(they spiced it up for him). I had the salmon with Pinot Noir sauce. I thought it was delicious.(it’s a sweet sauce). Portions were excellent. Cooked perfect. The hostess checked our coats, which I thought was great, since I brought a long coat, which takes up room. Definitely would recommend this restaurant to any one that wants to celebrate a special occasion or just to have a nice evening with spouse and friends.

We were treated to a fantastic meal here from our company after our CEO’s had came into town. Someone wanted steak, and the next moment, we were here. I was very, very impressed at this restaurant. We had over 25 people there, all looking for a slab of bloody red meat to enjoy, and to most peoples liking, this place hit it out of the park. From the wine selection, appetizers, craft beer, and the meals themselves… it was a fantastic meal. We had everything from fillet, prime rib, filet mignon, lobster, shrimp… the food was fantastic. Everyone left there with a very full belly… that was until the staff brought out the dessert tray. I was tricked into the Turtle Cheesecake, and it was so rich and creamy that I could not even finish it. It had won that battle… but the best thing about it was that the staff from the NY Grill was on top of everything as we needed it. Wine, water, new beers, food, etc. Absolutely top notch.

We were craving a steak and this steakhouse is right next to the hotel. The ambiance is really great. And the staff is incredible. I can’t say how much I enjoyed talking and laughing with the staff. In addition, the martinis were top notch. But in the end we were really craving a great tasting steak. We both got the NY Strip, and they were cooked to medium rare just like we asked. But the steak had no flavor. I mean none. It was like no seasoning was put on at all. I was also really surprised that my cut had a large strip of tendon running along one side and into it. It just looked to me like a bad cut. And without any salt or pepper on it the flavor just wasn’t there. I really had hoped it would be incredible. If it weren’t for the staff and cocktails it would be 1 star.

Something has changed. I’ve eaten here numerous times in the past and the food and service were exemplary. My last two visits within the last 6 months were terrible. The cuts of filet mignon are different and the service has fallen off. We were all begging for refills raising our hands like school children. How embarrassing when on a business dinner with a client. I will try one more time to see if the last two visits were flukes.

Attended a business dinner in the«East Room» the table was set up when we arrived and we had several servers assigned to our party of 10, call it what you want this is a real«Steakhouse» everything from the décor to the professionalism was spot on. Our cocktails were excellent as well as the bottles of wine. We ordered appetizers for the table and everything was well prepared and plentiful. The raw oysters were in my opinion the best of all they were served shucked on the half– shell imbedded in ice and were really fresh no condiments required to enjoy these. The fried calamari and jumbo coconut shrimp were also excellent. The half wedge salad was the perfect way to start dinner the lettuce was fresh and chilled with ripe cherry tomatoes halved with crispy bacon blue cheese crumbles and I chose a drizzle of ranch dressing on my this was a great choice. My rib chop was cooked perfectly rare with good markings on the exterior this was no doubt prime aged beef it was full of flavor and super tender one of the best steaks from the ribeye family I’ve had in awhile I highly recommend this. I think it was 24 oz with the bone –in for about $ 50,00 this steak came with asparagus and fingerling potatoes The entire dinner service was a very pleasant experience, the service and the food were on point. I would definitely recommend you giving them a try I will return for sure.

I came here with high expectations, but the entire experience was not as uplifting as I had hoped. A Shrimp Cocktail sported five cold, jumbo-sized crustaceans that were meaty and satisfying dipped in a zesty Cocktail Sauce. Sourdough Rolls were very tasty, and French Onion Soup was very good. A small Spinach Salad was good but it lacked warm Bacon Dressing, and too much emphasis was placed on a single ingredient that isn’t even usually found in a Spinach Salad: tomatoes. Porcini Mushroom Mashed Potatoes were excellent but a 10 oz. Filet wrapped in Applewood Bacon and ordered medium rare arrived as an odd, grainy, and fatty piece of meat that was unevenly cooked: part rare and part medium. Maytag Cheese Sauce spread on top of the steak was very strong, to the point that it overpowered the taste of the beef. Ambiance was dark and romantic, and the service was professional and efficient. 3−½ stars overall! But I hoped for more!
