Jersey Mike’s Subs

I love jersey mikes subs but stay away from this location! They are not as good as others! I actually walked out and made they’re fat asses clean up my drink they are rude! And disgusting people the fat ass making the hot sandwiches was dripping sweat and the butch lesbian who I hate to say it I wish was at the club in Florida she’s so nasty with her acne face! My only tip for this location: get proactive and liposuction u nasty people! I honestly don’t know how scum like this even get hired they are like 30 years old working in a sandwich shop lmao what a sad life

I have been to Jersey Mikes over 200 times. The staff is always welcoming and always asks me how I like my subs, everytime. I have tried over 10 of their subs and the number 8 is my favorite, no 22, no 12!

Five stars for this stellar team. Not only do they make a great sub. They have phenomenal people skills. Keep it up team. Now if it’s your first time here I suggest giving the club supreme #9 a taste. All that roast beef, Turkey and bacon is sure to satisfy that hunger don’t forget the sweet tea and chips.

Big shout out to Christine & Travis for helping me. I was runnin late to work and really wanted a sandwich but they didnt open until 10am and it was 915am. Christine was super nice about it and Travis made an awesome #13. That is what customer service is all about! Thank you.

Hm, not too exactly sure about the hype about this place. I went here because of a recommendation of their philly cheese steak. I got it with everything on it and it just tasted like any ordinary philly cheese steak. I won’t come back because I’ve tasted better philly cheese steak sandwiches. Yes it’s less than 5 minutes from my house, but I wouldn’t mind driving further for a better sandwich place.
The main reason why I’m rating this place 2 star is because of the pricing. I paid 11 bucks for a «half» sandwich and a small drink. Quite high for a fast food sandwich joint. I could get a foot long + drink + chips at Subway. I could even get a sandwich lunch special at BJ’s for that price. Don’t get me wrong, the sandwich is A-​OK, but I won’t be coming back here simply because of the pricing. The place is quite popular though when I went, but from my experience, the place is an overpriced Subway.
+ points to the cashier who let me get my order in ahead of the long line because I was the only one ordering a «hot» sandwich.

I love Jersey Mikes! I would choose it over Jimmy Johns or subway any day. This JMikes is right down the street from my work, so we go here for lunch sometimes.
The service here is A+!! Staff is so friendly and helpful.
I don’t eat red meat or chicken, so I’ve gotten the Tuna Sandwich and the Veggie sandwich. BOMB! The veggies are always fresh.

Jersey mikes is always great, I get the number 13 heated in the grill. If you haven’t tried this, then do so… You’re welcome :). The people here are friendly, only crappy part is that parking can super suck at times.

Disappointing since took me awhile to get back into this specific location. After waiting over 30 mins to get my food during my lunch hour, I finally get my food to find out that my chicken is undercooked, almost threw up just from the texture n taste of the meat. Called back before going into work to let manager know of problem, even though she asked for me to come back n get another Sandwich made, which I could not, since my time was up, she did not offer any other options, or credit or way to At least make up for such horrible experience… not all locations may have this poor service as this store, but definitely does cause a negative impact or and leaves a bad taste in a customer’s mouth! LITERALLY.

My first time there, kids love it here and know I know why. everything is nice neat clean and well organized. everyone is happy, helpful and informative. I asked them a bunch of questions and instead of the eye rolling, because it was a lot of questions, they happily answered! Quality and kindness goes great with a good sandwich! 2 thumbs up!

Great food, good location. It’s right next to my apartment complex so it’s great. Wife and I love coming here. Great service and friendly staff.

Say good-​bye to Subway, Quiznos, and all the other sandwhich shops that use processed meats, a lot of wilted lettuce and even more «secret» sauce to cover the flavor of what you are eating. Now say a big hello to Jersey Mike’s and enjoy a real, fresh sandwhich made exactly as you request, hot or cold, salad or tortilla, something for everyone.
We have been frequenting the one on East Philadelphia because it’s close to work and we love it. Bree, Burt, the rest of the staff always have a nice greeting and can produce a perfect sandwhich within the blink of an eye. The line may be long, but the service is impeccable, and honestly, the wait is so worth it when you dig into your sandwhich masterpiece. Everything is fresh, and I mean butcher fresh, and the condiments are first rate, no skimping whatsoever.
If you are tired of the same old limp food, visit this Jersey Mike’s and ask for Bree, she will take care and introduce you to all the wonderful combinations that will make your mouth water, and before you know it, this will serve as your daily lunch headquarters. They also do specials, catering, and any particular dietetic you may prefer.
Oh, and make sure you sign up so every few visits, you can get a free sandwhich or tub salad (perfect for summer weather).
Take my word for it, you will not be disappointed, guaranteed!

Worst veggie wrap ever made. Whoever made this needs to look up ideas and reevaluate their definition of a veggie wrap. If you want to pay $ 9.00 for a quarter pound of shredded lettuce sprinkled with 2 pieces of tomato, 2 pieces of mushroom, 1piece of bell pepper, all wrapped in a soggy tortilla then this is for you. I offered this meal to my vegetarian coworker who was also repulsed by this. I wish I could get my money back but it was too late to go back.

When looking for a fresh, tasty and healthy lunch, I think of Jersey Mikes. What makes this place better than all those other sandwich/​sub places is their meat cuts. They cut fresh right in front of you, so the meats are not dried up and the slices are not sitting out on the plastic bins for the whole day.
There is really a difference when tasting the fresh cut meats compared to the already-​cut ones. You really have to try it to know what I am talking about.
Not only the meats are fresh, but their breads are also.
On top of it all, the staff are well-​trained and no matter which Jersey Mikes you walk into, you will be greeted with the same equal smile and attitude.
One drawback is when you come during lunch time, you will find a line; however, it means they are doing something good and many people enjoy eating here. I don’t mind the line, since the food is worth waiting for.

I was going to give this place a chance since I always pass it on my way to work. I walked in & asked an African American guy if they sell cheeseburgers by any chance, he was drinking soda out of his cup & when I asked him that he laughed in my face & told the other employees what I asked for, I said that’s it thanks & walked out. Last time I ever go here again. I am a professional & demand to be treated with respect as a paying customer.

This is my first time visiting this place. Usually, I’ll go to a local sub stop or even Subway, but my co-​worker insisted I try this place. When I stepped in the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was that it was really clean and welcoming. I was greeted walking in and while looking at the menu, the employee on the floor overheard me saying it was my first time here. He quickly made some suggestions, and said since I was deciding between a hot and cold sub, a number 12 which is a secret menu item; roast beef which was hot and pepperoni which was cold made Mike’s way would be good to try. The sandwich was bomb! It had shredded lettuce and tomatoes, with their vinaigrette sauce. The sub was 15″, I was expecting the large to be no more than 12″.
There was a check in promo, where you would get a free bag of chips and drink. The guy ended up charging me for the ‘combo’ which was around $ 2 and change. And when I let them know they made a mistake, he apologized and called his manager. The manager was very helpful. She offered to refund my card for the amount, or opt to get a card for a free sandwich the next time I come in. I took the card, and she even threw in a couple free cookies while I was waiting for the sub to be finished.
I want to compliment the Jersey Mike’s team for making this first visit a great one. Everyone makes mistakes, no one is perfect. What set this group apart is how they corrected the issue I had right then and there. That, along with the great food and cleanliness of the place guarantees I will add Jersey Mike’s to my list of favorite sub sandwich places to eat.

Great sandwiches and a nice friendly staff.
They need to probably hire one more person to be more efficient as sometimes those making sandwiches have to use the register.
I have no problem waiting, but you can see others who have a time frame for lunch are panicking about the time it takes.

Jersey Mike’s uses authentic, fresh cut meats and cheeses in their sandwiches and fresh baked bread along with flavorful sauces and toppings, there is no comparison to other chain shops (Subway, Quizno’s) because they don’t measure up, everything is fresh, crisp, flavorful and enjoyable… everytim and the menu has a wide variety of choices from cold to hot, meatball sandwich to turkey salad, come in and get what you want, its going to be good and don’t forget to get it «Mike’s Way»
