The service was ok. What I didn’t like was that they used used stuff on me the mail file the cutters and the equipment they used had already been used I wonder if they use the same stuff all day, ew. I got a gel manicure and I liked it but gel is supposed to last 2 weeks right mine started falling off in 2 days and after one week with it it is completely gone, so I payed extra for nothing. Was really disappointed in this salon I would think they’d use better and clean product since you are paying a pretty penny.

Horrible horrible place worse experience ever the stuff doesn’t know what are they doing. very expensive.

I give this place 5 stars fersure ! They are amazing and the lady that did my pedicure her name is LayLoni she was such a perfectionist and was very clean she made sure she was very gentle and they asked me if I wanted any refreshments ! Very nice staff and beautiful clean place ! Totally worth going for a gel pedicure!

I only go to Quinn so this review is for her. She’s the youngest girl in the salon and she does gel manicures, pedis, facials, and massages. I only go to her for gel manicures and pedis so can’t rate her on the facials or massages. She is awesome with nails though. Her gel manicures look great and last forever. Her pedicures also last a long time and look great. If u like gel manicures I would definitely request her.
There’s one older lady with glasses that works here… don’t use her. She rushes too much, does a mediocre job, and is kinda rude.

I have been coming here for years and they never seem to disappoint. Especially my most recent time I came in with a nail design that I wasn’t sure they could do and they exceeded my expectations! Linda and Rose are the best!

Still the best ever!!! I always request Linda… she is a surgeon when it come to my ingrown toenail and my foot feels so much better after she is done. This has to be a 6 week habit to keep this problem in control. Love you Linda!!!

Went in to get a fill and gel color. The younger man at the front desk began to help me. asked to get my nails coffin style he said he knew how. He started shaping them and they looked horrible. When I said I didn’t want the shape he was doing he got mad and said he can’t fix it. I advised that if he didn’t know he should have told me. I would’ve gone else where. Luckily another nail tech there named Rosita began to help me. In the end my nails looked ok but I will only return here for her. The man at the front desk was so rude. I’m only giving stars because of rosita.

i’ve been coming here since they opened. There has been 1 change in the owners about 3 years ago, but the quality of services hasnt changed. Lam, Linda and Rose are my favorites! this place is always clean, no drama. i have had massages here, mani, pedi, full sets and fills. the gel doesnt agree with me, but my daughter had no problem. i brought friends here from LA, and they were impressed and happy.

Unfortunately, I can’t give a –1 star review. My wife had a horrible experience here! She got her nails done before a weekend trip, acrylic with embellishments and clear coat. 8 hours later the nails cracked! So bad that she cut herself because of these cracks. We were already on our way so she couldn’t go back and we live out of town, so we can’t just walk into the salon again. We called asking for a refund and the manager, Rose, asked for pictures of the nails. It took two days and multiple calls (I had to block my number so they would even take my call) before I was told that the person I was talking to was not the manager, like I was told, but just someone who worked there that knew english better! I was then told that the manager would not give a refund, despite the obvious shoddy work that the pictures showed and the fact that we live hours away in San Diego. All they would do is a free nail job the next time we are «in town». It’ll cost more to go there just to get a nail job from a shop who obviously do not know how to do good work or know good customer service. I would never recommend the salon EVER to anyone.

Not satisfied with my pedicure at all. It looks like an amateur polish job, I could have done this at home by myself for free. I will not come back to this salon.

Horrible. Came here with my friend and we were the only ones there. We wanted full sets with regular polish and were told it would be $ 20 each. As soon as other customers came in, it was clear there were not enough employees and it seemed like they were competing against each as to who could help their customer the fastest. I wouldn’t have minded if they hadn’t done such a poor job. It’s been two hours and my nails already chipped — because they didn’t do a top coat. Then, when we left they said it was $ 25 each because we got longer nails (even though I requested a short to medium cut). Will NEVER be back.

Came on a Sunday at 4pm. Made reservations, none needed, it was empty when we arrived.
Started off good. Friendly and lots of color choices.
The bad:
–once a few other people came in they began rushing to get to them.
–paid extra for 10min massage, timed it and it was 5 min 30 seconds. My mom’s was 5 minutes also. Wasn’t very much pressure.
–not the best job painting, they hadn’t pushed cuticles back so the color looked like it was on skin.
–my moms massage chair didn’t work.
–the guy doing my mom’s pedicure left her mid-​pedicure to do someone else’s. Another guy took over. He answered his cell phone.
–Took 1 hour 20min
When paying we told the guy about the shorter massages and other problems. He wanted to give us a $ 1 discount and then «graciously» gave a $ 3 discount.
They were nice people– but if you want a good pedicure, I’d try somewhere else :/

I’m extremely disappointed in the service and pedicure I received. Paid extra for the longer 10 min massage and it was actually shorter than the regular 6 min one. (5:34 long, I timed it because these nail places have become so un-​service oriented!)
The guy that started and the guy that ended my pedicure were two different people, the first guy went over to work on someone who came in after me! He didn’t even push back the cuticles therefor it was impossible for them to keep from getting the polish on them. Terrible service. The second guy tried to fix and cut the cuticles very aggressively! Then he finished up with a rush paint job… So it’s up to you if you want to chance it! I’ve laid it all out there for you to decide.

Great little spot in the Village.
This isn’t my first choice salon in Claremont (spa boutique is) but they were closed today so I stumbled in here.
Clean, professional and quiet. All three things I needed.
A little bit on the pricier side for most services, but $ 26 certainly isn’t outrageous for a basic pedi.
I’m going to stick to Spa Boutique because they offer an experience, but I would recommend this place!

I always get my eyebrows waxed here. Always! The only time I ever had a bad experience was when the lady ended up pulling off some skin.
Anyway, today I had my first pedicure here and they have lots of different packages to choose from; I got the classic. The pedicure was very nice, although the man cutting my nails didn’t consider that at times he was obviously hurting me. I enjoyed the massage and the amount of time that was taken to make sure I was well taken cared of. With that said I just wish the atmosphere was a little more interactive.

So there’s a lot of good reviews on this place but I there was nothing good about this place I asked for both and the lady only did my feet and fast, not good either so after she finished walked away to work on another lady that came in after I told the guy I wanted both he said ok walked away! oh they didn’t even give us water but everyone that was there had water. My sisters laws nails look like a little kid did them horrible place. Rude

I guess it’s ok. Nothing special or amazing here.
My massage chair was broken so instead of a massage, my lower back had zero support and actually hurt at the end.
The guy doing my pedicure never said a word to me. Except when he was done and said thank you and walked away. Wasn’t sure if I was supposed to get up or sit there… super awkward as I just kept looking around. Finally the manager came over and put my sandals on.
Got up and messed up my big toe. The guy didn’t seem too happy to fix it. But he did. The fix looks like 10 layers of nail polish.
$ 20 for a spa pedicure. Did really seem worth it. Won’t be back.

Excellent service and luv the way Rose does my nails. I usually take a picture of qhat I want and she is good on making it look the same. Prices are reasonable. Staff is real friendly and its a very clean place. QUIM is good for pedis and, waxing, and massage. There is a guy there too super friendly and good at pedis too

My husband and I are celebrating our first anniversary this weekend in Jamaica, so I figured it was the perfect time to talk him getting a pedicure (I’ve been trying to convince him for a year now that men do Do this too). He finally said yes so I Unilocaled a bunch of places and settled on this one, I’m so happy I did.
Let me start by saying I’m a huge germ freak, and this place was CLEAN and not run-​downed feeling at all.
And 30 $ for the both of us combined??? Can’t beat that!
Quinn (?) did my pedicure, and a gentlemen did my hubs.
She was friendly, talkative, and made sure everything was to my liking.
My toenails are even, painted pretty, and feet as soft as butter.
And guess what. Hubs actually enjoyed it.
We both left the place feeling relaxed and relieved in knowing that we won’t be embarrassed about our feet.
Thank you so much, I (and possibly husband) will be back again! :)
