I love the food however every single time I go, they always mess up my order. I ask for the same thing, Big Cheese no onions with ranch and a Mountain Dew. I ALWAYS get onions, I ALWAYS get a different soda, and I NEVER get ranch. I always order nicely, remind the cashier nicely of my order and its always wrong. It clearly says on my receipt what my order is but they never follow it.

Waited and additional 5 mins at the drive thru just to receive ketchup and hot sauce, Graciela was assisting us what seemed to be the supervisor at the time and was rude to just close the window at us. She finally came back to ask «did you need anything else?» Holding back the whole line at the drive thru with bad customer service. My drive thru experience was terrible especially on a memorial holiday!

I wish we had Farmer Boys in Oregon. The breakfast here is yummy and the coffee is delicious! It’s my breakfast spot everytime I’m in Ontario. The food is always on point. The only thing is the service we receive varies based on who is working. It’s upsetting when it’s bad because we have to hunt someone down to refill our coffee or more napkins. However, when the service is great our experience is over-​the-​top amazing that we vow to return soon :)

Customer service at this one sucks!!! the girl that works the window was too worried about what the other employees was doing when she was handing me back my change and dropped half of it. Some went under my car and she proceeded to close the window when she came back to the window with my food she didn’t even make sure I got all my change and besides the salad that they use in their wraps is old!!! If I’m spending $ 7 for a wrap I would like it to fresh!!! This is like my third time giving them the benefit of doubt last time I came I watch a female employee fill another female employee up! Whoever’s running this place needs to get in shape!!! FOODS NOT FRESH AT ALL!!!

I met my sister for lunch at that location because she works across the street but I arrived early so I decided to wait for her inside.
The place was packed! But as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a cheerful, not forced, «Welcome!». I was able to find a table right away because someone cleans the tables as soon as the previous customer leaves. Did I tell you the place packed?!
Our food was warm and good but the level of customer service was exceptional. Someone came by our table on more than one occasion to check up on us and offered to get us refills. Did I tell you the was place was packed?!
My sincere Thank You to the manager (I found out her name is Maritza) for making lunch with my sister at Farmer Boys a pleasant experience and not a frazzled quick bite at a burger joint.

Normally this place is pretty good. This morning I was picking up for a few guys in the office so I decided to call in my order. I called in at 8:09am and ordered 10 breakfast meals. I showed up at 8:30 and paid. I didn’t receive my order until 8:53. 45 minutes to make some breakfast burritos and a few omelets.
I will continue to go to this farmer boys for myself but I will go elsewhere when placeing large orders.

I LOOOVE FARMER BOYS! This place is always busy as hell during lunch hours! I wouldn’t want to wait in that drive through line. I always call for pick up and they are always ready when I get there. All I do is walk in, pay, get my food, and leave all in a matter of what seems like 5 minutes! The people working here are very nice too and accommodating to you needs. It’s like they want to make sure you have everything you need and want before you leave Farmer Boys. I am never disappointed with this place.
I looove their ZUCCHINI FRIES! They are sooo fat and deliciously breaded and they taste sooo good with ranch!
I reallyyyyy like their TUNA MELT SANDWICH! One of my most favorite sandwiches. Very nicely toasted :)))
Their SOUTHWEST CHICKEN SALADS and COBB SALADS are huuuge & very yummyy!
Honestly, everything I have ordered has been reallyyy good! When I’m not watching my weight, I would totally just order the Zucchini fries and tuna melt sandwich! I’ve always wanted to try their chili. And omg their ONION RINGS! I LOOOVE ONION RINGS

My friend and I stopped in to have a quick bite to eat, this was her first time ever at a Farmer Boys restaurant. First off we were impressed that we were greeted with a welcome to Farmer Boys and a huge smile from a wonderful employee/​manager. When we sat down we were greeted by a few employee’s with amazing personality’s and smiles. They truly seemed to be happy to work there and happy we chose their restaurant to eat at.
Maggie, Muritza. A and Jill were what I felt made my visit SHINE! The food was a good portion and very flavorful. I highly recommend the zucchini, they are the real thing, huge pieces and fresh!
We heard a bell being rung about every 3 mins which to our surprise meant another happy guest. I saw repeating customers being greeted by name and saw the customer smiling as they rung that bell.
To all the crew over at the Farmer Boys on Grove, keep on giving us a reason to RING THAT BELL! Great job to all, thank you for making our visit one to remember

Come here for breakfast from time to time, food is great and service is good, gets kinda crowded on weekends, but that’s expected from a good place. I like the daybreak sandwich.

Their food is alright. It’s gotten a little pricey but it’s oddest to work and has a great salad. (Chicken on the salad can be hit or miss sometimes) I still go here. At least twice a week. Farmer chicken Cobb is yummy.
Chili cheese fries are good, the fries aren’t my favorite but it’s the only place nearby (and fast for lunch) that has some good tasting chili.
The employees are generally nice. Never had any issues with them. The update on the curb appeal is fantastic. They really got with the times! Nice and cute.

I’m very impressed with the customer service here. My friend told me this is a chain that you can find in the inland empire.
During my meal, four different times, I was asked if I needed anything. This is like a burger fast food chain not mastros. Wow! All with a smile on their face.
The food was fresh, oh man, the helping we’re ridiculous, and the value is definitely there for what you pay for.
All throughout my meal there were bells being rung and cheers from the employees. Apparently these bells are at the entrance/​exits, and a satisfied customer rings them every time I leave.
And I’ll tell you that indefinitely rang that bell.

What’s not to love about Farmers Boys?
This particular location has a beyond friendly staff and a super clean environment. All Farmers Boys are good but there is something about this location.
What to get. My go to is the Natural Burger with cheese. Good stuff.
