The rooms are pretty comfy here and fairly quiet unless you are on the side facing Dodge. Even then it is okay. All the basics are covered, too… Good showers Friendly staff Easy WiFi And the location is great.

Not too shabby — I was kinda disappointed when my work told me it was required by the CFO that we stay here. I never stayed at one of these before even though I have stayed @ thousands of IHG properties. This was like having my own little apartment and it was nearby to shopping, bars, and restaurants. Check-in went smoothly and she was very nice and greeted me as a Platinum member and upgraded me to a 1BDR. suite with a kitchen — nice… I would stay here again

I don’t know if I can rave about this hotel enough. I stayed here on a work trip for work and was very impressed. When you first walk in the hotel is very clean and nice looking. The hotel had a very clean and new smell about it, which was a nice change from the usual funky hotel smell. It is a little confusing finding your room, since it is a large property, and they are all suites so the rooms are all spread out. Once I got to my room I was very happy. The suite was large and homey. There was a kitchen with a stove top, full fridge, microwave and dishwasher. They provide dishes, bowls, silverware and even cooking pans so you can make food. It is an extended stay hotel, and they provide what you need to be comfortable. The bathroom was decent sized, with a vanity outside the bathroom. Which as a girl I had plenty of room for all my toiletries :) I had a closet which I was able to hang my work clothes on and that was nice to keep my suitcase out of my way and not in the main room. The bed was comfortable and I had no problem sleeping in it. Thankfully the room is controlled by your own wall thermostat so I was able to keep it to my preference. There is also a good sized desk in the room if you need one. Their breakfast in the morning had a large selection and had containers to take it on the go. The hot items also varied from day to day. One morning there was breakfast potatoes and sausage links, the next morning sausage patties and bacon. It was nice having different options when you are there for more then a few mornings. I was also very impressed with the staff for the most part. They were all pleasant and friendly. The night desk person happened to be the same guy ever night and he always knew me by name and asked how my night was. It really made me feel welcome! They did have free laundry services that you could do yourself, but you have to buy the detergent. The pool area looked nice, however, I didn’t use it. The gym area was small but thankfully I was alone every time I used it. They had two treadmills, a bike, an elliptical and free weights with a bench. It was enough for me to get what I wanted done. The house keeping did a nice job and even washed the dishes that I had not gotten back to the night before. I only have a few complaints. I was in the exercise room in the morning and one of the cleaning ladies came in and started cleaning and wiping things down. No big deal right? Well she proceeded to get out her phone, call someone and walk around the room talking loudly in Spanish to someone. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional. I didn’t have head phones in as I was watching the TV on the wall. She could have taken it somewhere else, especially when someone wasn’t right there. My one other complaint is the couch in the room was about as stiff as a board. Thankfully the bed was in a good spot so I just watched TV from there. They could do to put a slightly better couch in the room. All in all it was a wonderful experience. The rooms made me feel right at home and since I was there more then a few days it was nice to have that feeling. I plan on staying here again, whether it is for an extended stay or just a short visit. It is worth checking it out.

I traveled for 19 months for work and lucked out. I had an apartment in Old Market in Omaha. It was sweet! So this go ’round I knew I’d have to stay in hotels. This is my first week out. Lots of good things. 1. I arrived after midnight. The guy behind the desk was extremely pleasant. What a nice way to end a very long day of travel and car rental woes. The room is nice. it’s clean. it has just about everything you’d ever need in a kitchen. No oven, but a full fridge, microwave, stove top, dishwasher and dishes, plates, pots, pans and I assume silverware(I haven’t looked in the drawer yet). There better be silverware. I brought in something the requires a fork to eat! We shall see! Oh… not that I couldn’t just get up and look right now. I just want to keep everyone in suspense! This place has a pool. I didn’t really look at it, so can’t comment, but it’s a nice option. The workout room is fantastic! It looks very clean with equipment that looks pretty new. Complimentary breakfast with plenty of choices. I just realized I quit enumerating the items. Oh well, you’ll just have to keep track yourself. The blackout shades really make the room dark. I like that a lot. The bed is comfortable, but it creaks when I get into it. It’s kinda funny and makes me think it’s not as high quality as I’d like, but no real complaints. The tissues are horrible, but aren’t they everywhere? How can something be so rough to the touch and so wimpy to the ‘blow’? The shower is more than adequate and there are plenty of towels. They provide ‘light’ cleaning, which means replace towels, make the bed, empty garbage. I just keep the«I’m still asleep» magnet on the door. I can make my own bed, I don’t generate that much garbage in three days and there are enough towels to get me through. They have an evening social Tuesdays — Thursdays, but since I’m antisocial it wasn’t much of a benefit for me. I will say the food they were serving smelled good as I walked through. Though this place isn’t all that close to where i work, I will book here again.

As an ex-Director of Sales for Staybridge Suites, I am quite picky about my experiences with the brand. When I first checked in, I did have to ask if my platinum number was in the reservations(something that is to be asked by desk agent), but that is really the only thing I could find wrong with my stay. I was kind of surprised, as a platinum member, I was not upgraded to a larger room. The rooms & hotel are clean, as well as the grounds. Because it was so cold, it was really difficult to walk anywhere to get something to eat. The breakfast is decent, as was the evening reception(for the most part). They served a chicken that was cold and really didn’t look good.

Wonderful place to stay! Everything about our stay was perfect. Clean, comfortable, awesome pool, great for kids, friendly staff. They were even nice enough to make breakfast potatoes just for my family because we do not eat eggs. For the price range this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in.
