Holiday Inn Express Omaha West – 90th Street

This place is pretty nice. We stayed here on the Staycation card. They have just finished re-​doing the entire pool/​hottub area. Rooms are averagely decent, and there’s a nice commons area off the lobby. There seemed to be alot of noise and activities around the parking lot after bar closing, so I was wondering if there was some permanent residents. Some drunk person peed behind our vehicle, as we could see from the room. But other than that, it’s great. Staff was fabulous.

I stay here about one week every quarter for business. The whole hotel was renovated about three years ago. The hallways just received new carpet and paint in the last six months. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Quality beds and sleep are extremely important to me. The place is usually only a half to a quarter full during the week, so it is relatively quiet. The only downfall is the walls are thin, so if you have a noisy neighbor, you’ll here it in the form of muffled conversations or the TV.
Pro tips: Ask for a room facing the back parking lot, the street noise from Dodge St. can be heard at night. Also ask for a room away from the elevator, as you will here it in an adjoining room. I always ask the front desk for a room with no neighbors and they can usually accommodate. Like aforementioned, the place is only half full during the week, which is typical for a business hotel.

This is the 2^nd time I have stayed here! Very great price for what you get in the room! The internet works well and is easy to connect to, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are fantastic and also very clean.
It is also very well positioned around food areas in Omaha! If you are looking for a very nice room for a discounted price, this is your hotel!

Great experience staying here. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. I forgot to bring shaving cream and I saw a sign in the bathroom offering complimentary items.
I went to the front desk and they handed me a sample size Edge shaving cream.
Also the breakfast was really good.

WOW! GREAT experience. Clean rooms, clean hotel in general. Very nice staff. (T.J was so helpful and friendly).
Used workout room. Towels and water provided as well as music and tv. Not an extensive variety of equipment but weights and 3 cardio machines that can do the trick. Indoor pool is clean and thin towels also provided.
Breakfast is AMAZING every single morning. Huge variety. Staff is friendly and also bringing out warm food! Coffee brewed all day long: o) Nice lobby and computer area.
If we ever make it back to Omaha we will definitely stay here!

Great hotel! They were very accommodating to my wife and our pets. Then when we awoke to unexpected car trouble they allowed us a very late check out so that we could get our car fixed. This is why we stay here, we will be back!

Good location that is hard to get out of if you need to go east.
Otherwise, it is a standard HIE set up. Friendly front desk…
better than most actually. The rooms are nice, with good showers. WiFi is easy. Beds are comfy.
The hallways are pretty intimate and you get a lot of door slamming noise from clueless guests. But the concrete construction means you rarely hear sound from above or below.

Great hotel, great friendly staff. Clean rooms, beautifully decorated. I love how Holiday has stepped up, I’ve only been to a few Holiday chains that didn’t live up to the standard. I would definitely stay here again. I left some things in the room and the woman at the front desk called me immediately to let me know. Most places would just toss it aside and wait for you to claim it. These are the small things that make me come back, Thank you.
