Tucked in a strip mall north of Dodge, I have used this location several times in the past to ship work stuff out. What’s great is that if you’ve shipped to the person from this UPS Store in the past, they have it on file. Just give them your phone number and they can look up your account and WAH-​LAH, history of previous shipments!
Also, they will pack your item (s) for you to ship if you’d like, but it costs more. They will bubble wrap, pack it in styrofoam peanuts, whatever is needed. A message will be sent to your preferred email address that has the tracking information; sending you a note that it’s been delivered. They offer great service and are professional. This location is often busy (especially around the holidays) so when you bring your item to ship, make sure you bring a little patience too.

I came here to send one package and I had all my information ready so it wouldn’t take long. The second I get in the door I’m not greeted (which didn’t really bother me but still not good business) and there are three men working two are with customers and one on the phone on what sounded like a personal call (but I don’t know). I waited for around 20 mins and was still not helped or even looked at for that matter and as I was leaving one of the guys rushes after me leaving the customer he was helping saying he could help me in just a few mins but I still took my business to FedEx where I was helped immediately. Never again will I go to this UPS (or any other one).
