Stylz By Us

So this review is meant to just stress how much I adore this place and love my stylist here after going somewhere else today and having a bad experience. Lavada was booked today and Erica isn’t there anymore. But I really needed my hair done, so I went somewhere else. Now in all fairness I am VERY picky about my hair, like insanely picky (anyone who knows me will attest to that) so maybe for someone else this other stylist’s work would be considered a great job but I wasn’t a fan of him and I wish I went to Stylez By Us. If you want a place where the ppl know and understand your hair type, then go here! Lavada is amazing.
After my experience today, I seriously trust no one else with my hair other than her and I won’t trust anyone to cut my hair except for her.
Lesson learned: book my appt w/​Lavada earlier!!!

I am not a fashionista, but sometimes I need an emergency style. I have stumbled in after a triathlon, grumbling and pointing to my head. Lavada’s response was, «come back on Thursday afternoon». I have desperately texted and she gets me in when she can. I really appreciate that.

Lavada is a talented, versatile and reliable stylist. I’ve been going to her for about 3 years for wash/​blow dry/​flat iron and old school wet sets. She sees me in a timely manner and has a cheerful disposition. Her prices are reasonable and she aims to please. I highly recommend her as a stylist and while you’re there, you may see some of the latest movies. Bring your popcorn! I take one star away because the parking can be a challenge. She’s good people.
