Collectable Designs

This place looks nice from the outside. Their selection isn’t half bad but the owner has such an attitude it’s really hard to get past it. I decided to clean out my closet a few months back and my mother insisted that I consign my «nice» clothes instead of donating them. I would have been better off with the donations, at least then they would have gone to a good cause, instead I brought my clothes to Collectible Designs only to have the owner/​consignor treat me rudely and put down those items she didn’t like. Very unprofessional. If you don’t like something you can just say no, there’s no need for insults. Then when I called to follow up on the items that she did accept I was yet again meet with rudeness and was not given any help. Guess I had to learn my lesson with this place the hard way. I’m sure there are much better consignment shops out there, some that would treat their customers with respect — I’d suggest you’d do your homework and find one of those places.
