I have to tell you, I’m a bit surprised by the reviews. I am exclusive to Lucy for all my active wear. I find that every single employee at the Oak Brook store is so very helpful. I only wear the Perfect Core pants. I would say my only complaint is I wish the pants came in other colors and patterns. It’s ok though. I just wear fun tops. I will continue to buy all my work out wear at Lucy. Loooove their items.

Clothes are nice, customer service not so much. I had a really good experience at the Water Tower location, but sadly not at the Oakbrook location. The attitude I encountered while returning an item was not pleasant and is enough to keep me from going back to this location.

I really love the workout clothes I bought here. They have held up extremely well over the years and through so much washing. I used to shop quite a bit more at Lululemon, but now I check here first. Lucy has a lot more options if you don’t want skin-​tight all the time, especially with pants. The customer service has been wonderful; they check on me and then leave me to browse pressure-​free, which is exactly my style. They have a decent sale rack.

It’s not that this place isn’t nice, it’s just not my style. I saw a sign for a huge sale and thought I would go in to try to take advantage.
I just can’t get into it. I do hot yoga so the less material involved (in my opinion) the better. I can’t lie and say that I like bland colors, cuz I like crazy neons.
My friend and I had a conversation and kinda agreed this was for yoga mommies…
