Love the store, and everyone is so nice to the customers — lady was demanding things to her co-​worker (not very pleasing to hear/​see, especially because I think the co-​worker was just asking a simple question).

My new Athleta compression pants are fantASStic. I feel like you could bounce a quarter off my booty and get a dollar back. If you’d told me even a year ago that I’d spend over $ 50 on a pair of workout pants, I’d have laughed in your face, but these babies are like BUTTa and I have no intention of going back to C9 clothing. The proof is in the pudding; there’s no Jell-​o Jigglers here!
My TRX instructor started buying these pants late last year and wouldn’t shut up about them. I can’t blame her either. They are supposedly made with this magical fitness fabric that does a number of things including compress, fight stench, and simply be thick enough that nobody will know what color underwear I am or am not wearing no matter how low I go in a stretch.
I had plans to check this place out eventually, but I was so tired on Monday that I forgot to pack a pair of pants for my workout and decided it was fate. I came in looking for the Icy Haze Be Free Knicker but it’s a popular style and they were all out. However, they had plenty of other patterns to choose from. I ended up trying on the Maze Be Free Knicker in Shocking Pink, I think Splatter Be Free Knicker, and the Chain Be Free Knicker in Purple. I loved all of them and ended up buying the Shocking Pink and Splatter. The best part was that I got to size down in these pants, so I walked away wearing Large instead of Lardo.
There were no guarantees that what I wanted would work, so I had also asked the salesperson to recommend a pair of pants for me that would be form fitting, would fit my round rear, wouldn’t give me plumber’s crack, and that wouldn’t be translucent. She suggested a couple pairs of pants and was the one who recommended that I try sizing down. I loved all of the pants that she picked out but not all of them worked on me. However, the ones that did were phenomenal and I wanted to take twice as many items of clothing home than what I left with.
I won’t tell you exactly how much I spent, but I got a pair of the Be Free Knicker on sale, a pair of Be Free Knicker at regular price, a Gel Chaturanga Capri, and a full length running Tight on sale. And I was so worried that Wells Fargo would send my fiancé an unusual spending activity text that I called him as I left the store to tell him that he may or may not be able to buy the new TV he wants, because all’s fair in love and shopping.
The pants got their first test run that Monday evening. I wore them at Boot Camp and can say they are THE BEST workout pants I’ve ever owned. Worth every penny! I feel like a dime in them!
