I’m in the area of this store weekly, and stop in whenever I forget my last experience. I invariably get reminded of it, though, and wonder what the heck I was thinking.
Is it really possible that you guys can’t manage to do a pour-​over decaf? Do you really have to charge me 75% more for a Clover drink?

I’m not sure whats going on with staffing lately, the drive thru is absolutely horrendous around 7:20/7:30am. I’m a long time customer and very disappointed! If I could give no stars I would!

Great location, great staff. I’m here every morning.
Only reason I give them 1 star is that it is always cold as f**k in the store and they claim they can’t control the thermostat. Supposedly its centrally controlled. Today it’s 39 degrees outside and even colder inside!
Take my money and the get me the F out I guess.

I’ve been here twice, used the drive through both times and so far so good. The service has been quick and friendly and the drinks are yummy. Although overpriced, but that’s with any coffee chain these days. My only grievance is while in the drive through I asked if they could throw away my old can of sparkling water for me (to make room in my drink holder for the coffee) and they told me no that they were not supposed to do that. Well, I didn’t ask the reasoning so maybe there’s a legit reason but it seems awfully silly to me!

Love this Starbucks! Everyone is so friendly and the drive thru is so convenient. A great place to chill on a Saturday morning, to do work inside, or to drive thru before work. So lucky to have this place in my hood!

I stopped by today with my 2 toddlers and asked the barista at the drive through if she could provide me with an extra cup to splits my boy’s strawberries and crème drink… rather than handing me a cup to them juggle it on my own, she offered and did it for me. I was impressed and very satisfied with the above and beyond service! Wish I could remember her name to give her credit for this act. Keep doing a great job!

Spoiled, indifferent rich kids who take FOREVER to get your order. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes to get coffee through the Drive Thru… when you’re the only car in line!

Been coming to this Starbucks once a week for the better part of 4 years, including its old location.
They’ve been consistently great. Friendly, smiling, and always personable. The drinks themselves have almost always been top-​notch. Taken one star off because they need to work on their Mocha Fraps. Sometimes I’ve gotten them and could not taste any coffee in them, noticed another reviewer had the same problem.
Otherwise this is a solid choice. Drive Thru can get hectic but show me a Starbucks drive thru that isn’t.

This Starbucks is very slow… The barista is having a full on conversation with his friend while I am waiting for my drink and have been waiting for 5 minutes. 3 people working here, no line but everyone that works here doesn’t work!!! It’s just rude.

I was very excited when this Starbucks opened down the street from me. This did mean no more Horchata from El Pollo Loco for me, but I’m a Starbucks girl, so screw it! I never really got the vibe of the previous Starbucks location across the street — I guess I was not «regular» enough — and how exciting to finally have a drive thru near by! I wish they had more comfy lounge seats inside though… The beverages and foods have been satisfactory so far. The staff was overly friendly in the beginning — now the service is just ok.

Not sure if there are new employees or what… but my Mocha’s have not been great. chocolate milk tasting and I’m not even sure if there is coffee in them. It’s happened for the last month now at this location. I’ve even taken my drink back 3 times in one day– The first drink had no mocha in it– so I took it back and the 2nd drink I think they got mad for having to remake it because the chocolate was floating on top! 3rd time I asked for someone else to make it and they got it right. All this through drive through. Exhausting! I understand one mistake but this has happened several times enough for me to update this review… debating on a 2 star rating at this point.

What a great starbucks! They have a quick drive thru and probably the best chai latte I’ve had in a long time from Starbucks! I had a dilemma where I left my wallet at home and not realizing until after I ordered and Travis who helped me was so sweet and was able to hold my items and keep them warm for me until I got back with my wallet.
He had a very upbeat attitude and I loved his personality when noticing the customer in front of me wasn’t very nice and he kept a smile on his face and did his best to go about the situation to help the customer. It’s a relief to see a busy establishment as this with such happy employees!
