Rogers Optical, featuring the finest array of eyewear, with the superb, professional expertise of Bruce and Pearl, is definitely a five star attraction.
I have worn eye glasses for 65 years and have never received more caring guidance in the selection of both frames and lenses. As a practicing physician, I truly appreciated their meticulous approach in delivering the best fitting frames and most perfectly aligned and advanced lenses that I have ever used.
Few purchases in a life time have resulted in this degree of satisfaction.

They bend over backward and forward to help me. Whether it means fixing my frames that fell out of my car, and which my husband then stepped on… (Yes, we are that graceful! lol)
to choosing new frames to fit my small, child size face.
It is always a pleaure to stop in, as it is like a eyeware candy store for me.

Worse place ever. Do not use this business if you want customer service or business that stands behind its products. I came in because the temple on my glasses came off. After it was determined that they were out of warranty he couldn’t get rid of me fast enough so he could wait on the potential customer that came in after me. He couldn’t provide a solution other than sending them out. Which would mean I’d have no glasses for however long it took to send, fix and return. This was a more than $ 500 purchase. Unbelievable!

This place is one of the few places open on a Saturday and we live about a mile down the street so we decided to check it out.
Amazing choices, great brands. We had just got back from a place with great reviews but the selection there was terrible. So out of style.
This was the BEST shopping experience of my life. No joke. I felt like i had a personal shopper.
I don’t know her name, but she was sooooooooooooooo helpful and had amazing taste. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my glasses.

The owners are very nice and they have a good selection and good service. I was very disappointed when my prescription had some issues and they tried in every way not to re-​do the lenses which needed to be done. I felt like I had to wrangle them into agreeing to making new lenses. I would have thought they would be more accommodating to make sure their customers was absolutely happy — it made me feel uncomfortable to have to push back so hard. Just a suggestion, make sure you understand the replacement or re-​make policy before dropping $ 1,000 on glasses!

Happy 34th Anniversary Pearl and Bruce. No wonder your business has survived all these years. With the best selection of glasses and Pearl’s expertise to guide you to what looks good and works with your lifestyle, and Bruce’s immaculate measurements, you will never get this kind of service, attention anywhere else. I still shlep over the hill from Malibu. Would never consider any other place. My new glasses are so fabulous. The digital lens is like having the vision I had at 20. I put on my glasses and they felt so natural and woweee everything is so crisp and clear. Thank you again for the best advise, and fantastic selection. Love you guys!!! xoxo

I have been coming here for years, even though we moved to Cambria several years ago. Pearl and Bruce are perfectionistic, knowledgable and just good people. Pearl patiently helped me find the perfect glasses a few weeks ago and I could not be happier with them. Thank you both!

Well, Im sad to say that i have moved to Tampa Bay Florida and dont have a Rogers Optical near me :-(However, i had a problem with my nose piece for my glasses and I called Bruce up from 3000 miles away and ask if he could send me another nose piece and stem for my wifes glasses. We bought both pairs there last year. Now they didnt have to help us out. We are three thousand miles away and wont be able to do business with them anymore but it just show you the level of customer service at this place. Enough said. You cant find that anywhere anymore. Very tough. Everyone want s the cheapest price and the best customer service and quality products… Good Luck!!! Unless you go to Rogers Optical!!!

I had been looking for new, «in» frames, and had been to many places. Because I like to support local, family-​owned businesses, I thought I’d try Rogers Optical. Reading the favorable reviews was a bonus. I totally agree with what others have shared. Pearl is a gem! I walked into a shop that had tons of frames from which to choose, and the friendliest, most enthusiastic, and warmest owner. Pearl has an eye for fashion and color, and immediately set out to find a frame that would suit my face, my color palette, and my lifestyle. She was patient as she knew I was a little overwhelmed with all the choices. I couldn’t be happier. It’s obvious that she loves what she does. Brava!

Surprised to see so many rave reviews for customer service. I am extremely nearsighted and would have been a great candidate for a customer because I love new glasses and sunglasses. However, when I stopped in to ask if they do adjustments for glasses purchased elsewhere (mine were online), the guy was extremely rude and full of himself. A simple «no, sorry» would have been kind, but instead he practically waved me out of the store saying, «Why would I do that?» (Answer: charge a fee and have a waiver for damage, perhaps?). I laughed nervously because what could I say? Clearly this guy doesn’t need new clients, and good thing ‘coz I’m never going back. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Rogers Optical Boutique in Oak park is a real find if you don’t live in oak park. Bruce & Pearl have Optical eye wear for everyone. Besides they are kind and friendly the moment you walk in the door. They make your experience so great you come back time and time again. you will find your designer glasses here and love them. I have not had any problems with my glasses.
