This is such a great place. The big bonus is that they have food to go from the Rabbit Hole, a amazing vegan restaurant in Agoura Hills that is closed and now only provides foods for places like this. They also have dessert items from Karma Bakery, another over-the-top plant-based bakery — no animal products used at all and gluten-free and you won’t believe how good they are. The people are wonderful and this place deserves our patronage.

Green and Bean is one of the coolest coffee places I’ve experienced. First, the coffee is excellent. The baristas serve up delicious and aesthetically beautiful cups of java every time. Secondly, the environment is clean and cutting edge in design. Some might find it a bit sparse for their tastes, but probably because their house look like an episode of «Hoarders». Green isn’t around the corner from me, but I make a point of stopping by because I can depend on the coffee to be top notch and served right. I like several places in town, but at some, a cappuccino can be hit or miss depending on who is working. Green and Bean appears to have been selective in hiring staff and took time to train them effectively. I hope locals wise up and pull out of the Starbucks drive-through for the higher quality alternative across the street.

Went in to get juice because I was not feeling well and there was NOTHING and by looking at a post prior there was no juice the previous days as well. This is not good when someone goes out of there way to go to a place that is claiming to have fresh juice and you get there and there is nothing. Also the gentleman working the back counter yelled to me to have a nice day in a very sarcastic tone as I walked away upset that there was no juices in a juice place. I don’t see this lasting very long. It is a great concept but when I have someone who is not nice after you don’t have what you are suppose to it is not a great start. My first time in the place and it will be my last!

The juice is amazing, when they have it… I have made several visits and there and always leave empty handed because there is no juice, and they don’t make to order I would love for your store to thrive but please make juice, you are a juice shop, if your out of juice make to order

The best coffee. I’ve been drinking my lattes hot, but today I had one iced & it was sooo good. There really is a difference in quality that I can taste, it’s hard for me to go elsewhere. I love the Juices, Hello Sunshine is one of my favorites, it has a nice little kick to it. I think I’m addicted to the baklava. New food offerings all the time & they have food from the Rabbit Hole. Deserts from Karma Baker & I think my favorite right now is the peanut butter brownie.

Man this place is going to close soon. Feels dead inside and prices are too high. No bakery goods, stale and bland food offerings.

Consistently great coffee, but definitely has some shortfalls. Walking in, my first impression word for Green & Bean is stark. The ambience just isn’t there. There’s a lot of unused space which would be much better filled with couches or armchairs. I can’t really imagine coming here and spending any amount of time sitting in hard wooden chairs either with friends or my laptop-it just isn’t comfortable. On a positive note, the place is clean. The staff on the whole is polite and courteous, but not friendly like you’d expect at a neighborhood coffee shop. It seems that they like to invite their friends to visit and chat instead of extend that conversation to customers. The coffee itself is flavorful, the milk is steamed to the right temperature, and the latte art is a nice touch that no where else in the surrounding area really offers. I can’t say that I’ve tried the pastries, but that’s partially because there aren’t any labels, I haven’t asked about them, and the staff doesn’t offer them either. They seem like an afterthought-especially with the green, healthy juices lining adjacent shelves. I haven’t tried those either, but that’s probably because they are pretty pricey, not unlike other places that offer the same types of juices. For the coffee, 5⁄5. For the ambience, 1⁄5(I really like the way the machines are displayed). For the staff 2⁄5(they are skilled on the machine). For the cleanliness, 5⁄5. For the food, ?/5. Please get some couches!(And change the light behind the logo to green in the shop)

Awesome smooth coffee. Not that much more than Starbucks and they make a much better latte.

Green and Bean and in the scene to keep you lean in an absolutely clean environment! Welcome to perhaps the best coffee shop you’ll come across in the valley. Green and Bean carries organic cold pressed juices that are made in house made by the best and freshest ingredients! And trust me, once you taste some, you’ll understand what I mean. Whether you’re wanting to come in for a nice, authentic cup of coffee or looking for an on-the-move breakfast pastry, Green and Bean’s got you covered. Espressos are dialed in often to insure top tasting notes. Lattes to cappuccinos are proportionally poured with great microfoam for latte art. Cold brews and iced teas all made in house and dispensed from a tap. Talk about prime products! This coffee shop has something no other coffee shop in LA or within a 100 mile radius has: ever heard of a steam punk? With automated and great precision of the machinery that they use, they have been practicing to give you the perfect cup every time! Though it is a two minute wait for the cup, the two minutes only adds to how perfect your coffee will be made. Did I mention thay it’s also absolutely fun to watch? They control the parameters of the coffee based upon grind size, mass, extraction, temperature, etc. Owners are super passionate about what they serve and only wish to give you the best of the best. Prices are fair considering quality. Juices are handcrafted as well. If you’re anywhere near the Conejo Valley wanting that LA quality cup of coffee, I definitely recommend Green & Bean your way.

Nothing impressive. Slow service. No real competitive advantage. I don’t see these folks sticking around for a long time. Chairs and seating uncomfortable. No good bakery focal point. No ambiance. No music. Workers at kitchen counter are staring at the pour over coffee apparatus as if they’ve never seen such a machine before… Coffee for amateurs. Sad but true.

Went for an early morning canyon run this morning, and heard about this place that just opened up around the area. I decided to give this place a try, especially that I have a thing for new businesses. I was attended by a gentlemen named Harout, which gave me a break down of all their cold pressed juices and crafted house coffees and teas. I must say, he is a rather enthusiastic individual about coffee and cold pressed juices. They offer small samplers of their juices, to help you select which one will be quenching your thirst. As for the coffee, he brewed me a greatly presented chocolate latte. Interior of this place is a combination of industrial, modern, earthy, and fresh. I will Definitally be returning here when I’m in the area. –I strongly recommend talking to Harout when you walk in

I stumbled across this new little gem in our community and was so so thrilled I found it. The design of the space is gorgeous — very hip. I had the Gold Rush pressed juice: pineapple, apple, ginger and turmeric. They have a coffee lab and an awesome selection of teas. I met the owner and she was so delightful and warm — I hope we’ll all support this new spot. It is worthy of your visit for sure.

Discovered this coffee shop randomly while I was in the area for business. Have to say the BEST coffee I’ve ever had. Very smooth and tasty!!! Finally a coffee shop that has quality coffee!!! The place is also very cute and tastefully done. Wish it was close to me so I can go there more, but definitely will visit again once I am in the area.

Now one of the top-end coffee places in Los angeles is now in Oak Park!!! Crazy! First, let me inform that I am I coffee enthusiast. I buy whole beans from the top-end micro roasters from across the country. In LA, there are only a handful of places(like intelligencia or blue bottle on Abbot Kinney) to buy that level of coffee or roasted beans. It was unimaginable that this level of coffee is now in Oak Park. They now use freshly roasted seasonal beans from a high-end third wave coffee roaster. –CHECK!!! They do all the necessary things to extract the complex flavors form the coffee: they make each cup individually, they weigh the beans for each cup made, they grind the beans immediately before each individual cup, they monitor and control the exact temp of the water, and they dial in the espresso machine often(so important) – check!!! **without going into actual chemistry, all those boxes need to be checked to extract the wonderful complex flavors from high-end micro-roasted beans. How does the coffee taste? The kind of great coffee – just like you would expect from Blue Bottle or Intelligencia. The espresso? Today I had an espresso shot that was 10⁄10. Intense, flavorful, complex, and phenomenal body and aftertaste! Yummy!!!(if you want to learn what a real high-end espresso should taste like – this is a good place). The space is a little cold, but the owners and staff are warm and friendly. This is such a nice opportunity for us to experience this kind of coffee without having to drive an hour each way! Let me thank Green and Bean opening up 5 minutes away from where I live;) Welcome to Oak Park. Best Wishes:)!

Starbucks: long lines, controversial cups, and mediocre overpriced coffee… OR Green and Bean: absolutely friggin’ smooth, flavourful, delicious coffee made in a bubbly spaceship-über cauldron thingy, served up by super friendly knowledgeable peeps? I’ll pick the latter. Love this place!

I stumble in early in the morning. «Grrrrrrrr arrrrrrrrggggggg… grunt.» «How about the Guji with room for almond milk,» says the barista. I just grunt. I take my first sip, and it’s life blood flowing into my tummy. Not only do they have great coffee, they’ve also got some amazing cold pressed juices(try the Moonshine!). They serve a variety of delicious treats, ranging from gluten deluxe, sans gluten, and vegan. Green & Bean has something for everyone and is a great atmosphere to get some reading or work done. Besides, anyone that can put up with my «Grr arg,» should get a medal. Thanks for being awesome!
