Meet Robert. He is the worst manager I have ever encountered. He works at #Haggens groceries in West Lake. I had to waste time in my day engaging with him at the #Starbucks inside their store. NEVERGOHEREANDIFYOUDO I HOPEFORYOURSAKEYOUNEVERHAVETOBEINHISPRESENCE. #WORSTCOSTUMERSERVICE

Does not accept your phone app. Doesn’t have butter. Doesn’t even have an oven to warm up your treats. The girl spilled caramel around my cup & didn’t clean it so when I went to grab it I got sticky fingers. There were only two girls there so I understand why they weren’t as friendly as normal Starbucks.

I love this little starbucks. I love how they know their customers by name so it makes you feel special. my only dislike would be the fact that they don’t accept the mobile app :(I am losing reward. Cmon upgrade. under staff sometimes but they move pretty quick.

Worst Starbucks in the area — always under staffed so you have to wait for ages; they don’t take the mobile app for payment. Staff usually act like thy are doing you a favor by serving you — suspect there’s not a lot of joy working at this Starbucks

It’s an OK Starbucks. Always has a crowd of people camping out in all the chairs and a little outside patio. Always a line but they move through it fast. Careful in that parking lot, people don’t seem to look.

Worst Starbucks ever. I have been to them in a lot of cities & states. The girl spills milk all over my black Chanel bag, can’t seem to figure out how to swipe my Starbucks gold card. Requests a manager, whom she starts flirting with, giggly… etc Save your school girl crush for off hours. Shame she is representing Starbucks.

My favorite little Starbucks location needs a positive review as I’ve never had a problem at this location before. I love this particular Starbucks because my Mocha’s are consistently good and I’m in and out of there. I avoid the Starbucks that is nearest to my house because the line goes out the door and my mocha’s never tasted good. This one is located in Albertsons++ for that, I shop and enjoy my Mocha. I love that they know me when I walk up and they already have my drink waiting for me. I love that the line is 3 people max if any at all every time I go. Maybe I should keep that part a secret… ;)

I originally posted this under albertsons but I figured starbucks might want to see it plus that way if you search starbucks and not albertons you would see this. First of all let me say I’m not a fan of Starbucks at all. It’s too acidic, they burn their old gross espresso, the syrups are too sweet and its just overall not what coffee is about. So if that makes this review biased then so be it. Well I normally go to coffee bean, where I would get an iced americano with no water extra ice and then I would ask for some cold soy and drop a tiny bit in. Here at Starbucks I ordered a shot of espresso over ice with a tiny bit of soy. The barista ringing me up was a large, oily-haired unhappy person who obviously hates her job. With no enthusiasm she asks me what I want and then stares blankly at me. Barista — «…Okay… so… you …want … a latte?» Me — «…I want a shot of espresso over ice and I would like to ad a tiny bit of soy to it. « Barista — «…okay…so…you…want…a shot of espresso…» Me — «yes, over ice! « Barista — *holding up a mini hot cup *» This is what a shot of espresso comes in. « Me — «but I want it over ice« Barista — «this is what we put the shot into« Me — «…um… okay I’m sorry… I WOULDLIKE A SHOTOFESPRESSOOVERICE» Barista — «this is what the espresso comes in. So if you want ice we can put the espresso in this cup and then put some ice in it. « Me — «Oh goodness… never mind, I’m good. Let’s go. « Holy Jesus.
