I am currently in a Drive thru in oakbrook IL. The lady was completely rude and said the drive thru would take at least 20 mins until we could order because the people in front of us have a large order. I am not sure why McDonald’s food should take 20 mins or why they couldn’t have the people pull aside? Finally we made it to the window with absolutely nothing but attitude. I feel bad that this lady doesn’t work the most ideal hours, but that is no way to treat customers. We will no longer be coming to McDonald’s because of the treatment we received at store # 28 636

Every time we come to this location, you know, the one nearest their corporate offices, it’s a lousy experience. By far the slowest drive through in the area. Today, on a hot summer day, I wanted a large cup of water. I didn’t think this was a complex request. It took a extra window at the drive through to end up with a small cup that was predominantly ice. :-/​Rocket science? I didn’t think so but I must have been wrong!

Arrived just after 12:00 pm just in time for the lunch rush. We ordered and received our food in less than 3 mins. My daughter forgot to order a soda. I went back up to order one and the nice lady just gave her the soda for free.
