Had my first crêpe, the cordon bleu ($ 7) and huge, at P{rytania and
Foucher today across from Touro Infirmary where my wife has set up camp for 28 days, and it kicked butt! Best crêpe since the folks on Broadway near the Mushroom. Took a while to make it but all fresh ingredients made one excellent buckwheat crêpe!
