Subway is a super convenient lunch option in the CBD. It’s clean enough and definitely the best option in that little collection of three restaurants fast food restaurants. It doesn’t always have to be a foodie destination.

Subway is horrible. It has no place in a city like New Orleans. We actually have amazing sandwiches. It makes me laugh when I see Subway rated well in other cities. Actually, it makes me feel sorry for the poor people who live there and don’t know any better.

Subway located in a food court on the bottom floor of an office building… super convenient for those working in the area, and gets quite crowded at lunch rush as a result. If you head in between the hours of 11:45 — 1:00, you’ll be met with a line. They stay staffed with 4 – 6 people so it goes quickly, but is common for them to run out of certain breads during this period. Other than that, it’s a subway with the regular menu and options. Within walking distance if you’re at the Hyatt New Orleans, and in the same court as a pizza place, smoothie king, etc.

I agree with the previous review. The staff seems to be indifferent and a little impatient with the ordering process. I am not one to memorize the ever changing menu, and usually end up ordering the same thing every time just because I feel rushed. The girl who runs the register is never friendly and almost downright rude. I only come here because it is close to the office and it is compatible with my diet plan. I wish there was a Quiznos close to city hall.

this particular is downstairs in my building. So convenience is a huge plus. Staff is hit or miss. One day they can be friendly and other days it’s debatable.
