Terrible terrible terrible place
The people there are rude and slow and have no customer service skills at all.
The big African American guy that works there was the worst person I have encountered here in new Orleans.
Do not go to this subway, unless you want to be ignored and treated horribly by lazy, slow, and careless employees.
I never ended up even getting a sandwich there. I wouldn’t trust that man to prepare my food…

Let’s call this place a «necessary evil». It’s a super convenient lunch option for those working at the Tulane Medical Center. After a while, I’m sure Tulane’s cafeteria food gets less appealing and one just needs to venture out. And boy, do they! This Subway has a steady, slow-​moving line throughout peak lunch hours.
The employees are not what I would call «friendly», but they’ve never been downright rude to me either. It seems they’re just trying to make it through the day and are being inconvenienced by having this job. This is a smile-​free zone!
The establishment is small and has just enough room for 3 small and 1 large (handicap) tables lining the walls. I’ve had luck scoring a table when there, even during the lunch rush, since the medical drones are getting their grub to go.
Despite the high volume of customers and employees that are seemingly uninterested in their job, the place does appear to stay clean.

Was good poboy. I found no problem with this location. No one inside or out wanting a handout. Very busy at lunch time.

I think this may be the WORST Subway I’ve ever been to. I had some sort of expectation because 1. It’s downtown and 2. It’s so close to Tulane health center but I’ve found wrong. The servers were downright nasty and paid more attention to the small child (really, for a child in the work place why does it take four people to dote on her?) than any of the customers. They acted as though they were doing you a favor (begrudgingly at that) by making you a lackluster sandwich. The overall prices are also higher than any of the Subways in the area… To do it all again, I wouldn’t have.
