BEWARE! Unfortunately my hotel parking was full, so I was directed to a premium parking lot. I had a line behind me and purchased a 12 hour ticket(the longest time period showing on the screen) and there was no attendant working at this time. This put my ticket expiring at 730am. I was nervous about not being able to wake up this early so went back down 15 minutes later to find someone working. At this time i was informed that i could have paid for 24 hours by pressing a button for more options. Great, let me do that. «Im sorry. There is nothing we can do to change your time. You can pay for 24 hours.» This was the same exact price as 12 hours and they claimed there was nothing in their power they could do! I talked to someone at their«corporate number» and she also said there was nothing she could do. They own the lot and they’re trying to convince me they can’t do anything. Please… So i woke up 1 hour late exactly like i was worried about(830am on a Saturday in town for a wedding. Im from nola btw) and sure enough a boot was on my car. The lot attendant and corporate number both said there was nothing they could do. They give a 15 minute grace period. I couldn’t reimburse for the 1 hour i missed and extend my time. When I mentioned i am going to dispute ALLCHARGES, the lot attendant tried to say i would have to pay with cash. Of course i did not pay with cash. Money hungry practices! What this company does borders being criminal. Park somewhere else but beware this company owns numerous lots!
