Premium Parking-P152

l don’t think I understand how the pricing of the parking lots works in this town. You’ll go to one lot and pay $ 9 for 3 hours and then you’ll go to another one and pay $ 16 for 3 hours. There’s no rhyme nor reason in regards to distance to cool things to see, businesses or anything. What gives? You see where this is going– this is a $ 16 for 3 hours lot.
The lot itself is fine– my car was parked and remained unscathed for the duration that it was parked here, but come on. This lot isn’t even reasonable walking distance to the Quarter! And I was parked here on a Sunday afternoon, for goodness sake. By the way– it’s 1pm on a Sunday, why are there so many people parked on South Peter? Why doesn’t it let me pay for the amount of time I need to be parked there? 3 hours is the minimum and all I needed was an hour and a half.
Anyway, I paid the cash because I had places to be but boy, it felt like a consensual mugging.
