Awesome customer service! I easily reserved bikes for a group of 5 for me and my friends to ride around New Orleans. Do call ahead, but Wayne was able to accommodate my group last minute and I’m so glad because it was a great way to see the sights and sounds of the city. The bikes were nice and in great condition and he makes himself available if you need any repairs(which we didn’t, but good for peace of mind!). He drops of the bikes and picks them up– no need to go looking for an office or worry about fitting them in your vehicle.

Biking through the streets of New Orleans is such a great experience and gives a different perspective than riding a taxi or even walking would. Customer service is great– I had a flat and he was there within 30 minutes to replace the bike with a new one. He also delivered it the night before our official rental start day so we would be able to have it for the full two days of our rental period. It was really fun riding around, especially at night with the lights turned on!

These are VERY beautiful bikes. All eyes were on my friends and I as we rode through the city on these«light up» bikes. Wayne(our tour guide) is very knowledgable about the culture and history of this unique city, and It’s a great way to see NOLA beyond the usual«tourist» spots. This is a great way to see the city, excercise and have fun at the same time. I highly recommend Nola City Lights.

Bikes are certainly the best way to get around New Orleans, and I’ll never rent from anyone but Nola City Lights again. Their customer service is the best, and the bikes… well, as you can see, they’re pure NOLA cool! I got a free day of a 2-day rental with the apartment I stayed in. I called early on my first morning there, and Wayne brought one to me an hour later. Not only did he show me how to use the lights and make sure the bike fit me, but he was a wealth of information on brass bands and other cool not-so-touristy things to do. That evening I noticed I had a low tire; I called him the next morning and he came out and aired up both tires, once again within about an hour! They also do private tours and social rides in the evening, with everyone all lighted up. He invited me to one on Thursday, but I got caught up in Unilocal Tours the Low Road and missed it(but had fun anyway!). I can’t wait to get back in town and go!
