My appointment is 1:30pm, and I have been waited for more than an hour. Many people came later than me and already got treated. Won’t come back again!

The doctor is sweet and helpful but the horrendous receptionists really ruin the experience. Wouldn’t go back unless I had time to kill and felt like being berated in the waiting room.

I had a hard time decide how many stars to give Dr. Meyer. These are the positives-​it was fairly easy to get an appointment. I had a painful staph spot appear suddenly. I called on a Monday as a new patient, explained my problem, and the office let me come that day. There is a strong aesthetic dermatology presence In this office; however, she did not push any aesthetic procedures on me. That’s great. I have three major concerns. Apparently, I have a vague, hard to treat skin condition, and she was basically like, «there’s no cure. Good luck.» I saw another doctor who was more encouraging and prescribed some topical products that help. Worse, she lanced the staph spot without local anesthesia. Talk about painful! My final complaint is the worst. She wanted to check me all over for additional evidence of staph. That’s fine, I appreciate that. However, she completely removed my paper gown all at once. Completely! As in, I’m lying on my side 100% naked. She could have uncovered sections of my body and checked just as easily. I think the no anesthesia and the disrobing are worthy of one star. But, I do appreciate that I was able to come the day I requested an appointment, so I’m going to be more positive than I am truly inclined.
