I had a great time at my first «ball” — Krewe of Orpheus!
We had a great table with front row access to the parade route in the convention center. We caught plenty of good beads, listened to fun music, and danced the night away.
Great way to top off my first Mardi Gras.

Orpheus is the newest of the superkrewes and probably has the fewest local members. But it does have really pretty floats. And it serves an important function in keeping the momentum of insanity going Monday night.
