You get what you pay for… In this case I felt over charged. We arrived to find out their card machine was down and we had to pay to use a atm to get cash. Well never mind their atm didn’t work either. Had to walk across street to bank to get money. Get to our rooms and had bad feelings as soon as we walked in. Outlets were missing covers, the were maybe 4 electrical plugs in our room. All 4 in almost unreachable places. I didn’t book the room or I would have NEVER booked at knights Inn. Never again will I go on a trip without asking where they booked at. Thanks for the lesson!

My boyfriend and I road trip frequently and stay at a lot of average/cheaply priced motels and hotels… and out of all of the places we’ve stayed throughout the country this is probably one of the worst. Although we didn’t see anything TOO overwhelmingly unsanitary… We could just sense it. The whole place was not at all well kept and hardly looked maintained. There were stains everywhere and everything needs to be updated. Our refrigerator froze all of our food and our bathroom light only worked after being hit a few times. Pros: the staff was friendly and accommodating, they had cable and WiFi, and there was a washer and dryer in the building. Would prefer not to stay again. I didn’t even want my possessions touching anything in the room… none the less MYSELF

Did not like this hotel at all. Me and my husband stayed there one night after getting off our honeymoon cruise out of New Orleans. While still on the boat I called the hotel to let them know that we would only be staying one of the two nights we reserved due to some issues with our home in Houston. We had to leave early to address them in person. I communicated that with the manager who stated that he would call me back because he was dealing with another customer. Never received a callback. We checked in Saturday March 5 at 1600. We left the next day Sunday March 6 at 1130. As we checked out I told the manager it was an early checkout and he said that I would have to talk to the third party vendor( ) to not be charged. I was okay with that. Fast forward to today. Called and the customer associate stated that the manager charged me for the second night that I never used as a penalty for not warning them of our ealy check out. He lied. I spoke to him at least twice about us leaving. DONOTSTAYHEREIFYOUAREOUTOFTOWN. VERYUNCLEANANDDISGUSTING and the management is sketchy. Take your money and go somewhere nicer.

Nice hospitality. Great Prices. They even got good cable. Yeeuh! I been here for quite a while and been treated with nothing but respect. Family owned. They good people. Any problems with my rooms, maintenance is prompt as well. Even put me in a bigger room if I was uncomfortable. And the rooms are already big. 2 Thumbs Up. Watup Louisiana! Free wifi and complimentary breakfast. I recommend absolutely!

We recently made a quick trip to New Orleans and stayed at Knights Inn. The room was spacious, the bed was remarkably comfortable, and the customer service was top notch. Knights Inn is a classic old hotel that is really well maintained. We loved our short stay at Knights Inn.

This is now a Knights Inn. We decided to book our room here for $ 70 – 75 which was far more than it was worth but I guess it’s what you pay for for being 20min from bourbon st. We checked in at the front desk, the kid there wasn’t friendly at all, he said they didn’t accept AAA when in fact they do. The lobby was very old and run down, the elevators smelt, we took a deep breath and opened our room door. The room was musty, lamp shades were yellow and stained, our comforter was stained, and the carpet was disgusting. We just slept and left at 6am. We thought we’d get breakfast before heading out, they had waffles and cereal. Waffle mix was out. Left without eating. Overall, it was a pathetic hotel.
