Very lovely hotel. Very updated. I stayed on the 4th floor and I did not request a suite but it filled out to be like one. It had 2 tv’s(one for the living room part & bedroom). I adore the separation units. The bedroom has very nice leather headboards & lights above to add flare. The bathroom is spacious. Roomy. I would definitely stay here again. I’ve never stayed in a holiday inn that was Sooo nice. And it is not far from burbon at all. 10mins tops with no traffic.

Not a bad hotel overall. The rooms are a tad out dated but they’re clean. Staff is nice and helpful if you aren’t from the area they are willing to help you out. The restaurant selection in this part of town is slim picking but it’s easy access to my work while I’m traveling.

Decent hotel, room was clean, bed was okay(not our tempurpedic) new pillows were put on the bed during our stay :). Not in the best neighborhood but my husbands company was paying for it so we didn’t have a choice but to stay. After checking in we left to grab a bite to eat and when we returned our key no longer worked, went to the front desk and the clerk said that room was already taken. We explained to her that she had put us in the room earlier and she stated that we should have actually been in another room. We started quizzing her abt our stuff that is when she admitted to putting another gentleman in our room while we were gone. And he returned to let her know that the room was occupied. She fixed the keys so that we could enter our room and thankfully nothing was missing.

I stood at the counter for nearly five minutes before i was greated. The door card didnt work so i had to go back to the lobby, carrying all my luggsge. No bar, no restaurant. The staff was not friendly or inviting at all. I know these are independently owned but this was far from the other locations i’ve stayed at in texas, oklahoma, and arkansas.

Terrible wifi, iron didn’t work, hair dryer didn’t work, no hot water first 24 hrs, and weird smell through the whole building. Not worth the price.

It’s a decent hotel nothing out of the ordinary. The shower is made out of granite with bath and body works amenities. If you’re looking for a clean hotel. This is it. My biggest gripe about this place is the wifi. Don’t advertise high speed if it really isn’t. It’s slow and has three networks you can connect to that belongs to Holiday Inn. Me being on the 3rd floor and a full house only makes it worse. It’s faster early in the morning. We were lucky enough to get a room because it was the last one. However, it was the dreaded room-next-to-the-elevator horror. This hotel has a fitness room, pool, «free high-speed internet», and free breakfast. Not recommended for people that are traveling for work. That need high speed internet or a speedy wifi connection to do their jobs. P.s: will update later once I get time b/c I don’t have much data on my phone.

Nice Clean, very well kept. Does not show any wear. The Bathroom granite is oh so nice. The Bed is very comfortable. It would be easy to get used to this type of hotel. Nice carpets, Safe neighborhood, easy parking, just out of the main New Orleans area, I like it and I would use it again and again. Bring a power bar, as all plugs in the room are in use and you need to unplug something to get a plug for the power bar. That would be nice to do as where I sit the room has 5 things plugged into the wall where the computer table is. All plugs are FULL. so I have to unplug something to plug in my power bar to get plugs for my laptop, cell and camera. The desk has the right number of plugs, but they are all in use! Leave them for the customers.

Stayed here for 5 days leading up to the Super Bowl. Everyone who works there was very pleasant and really made the day leading up to the big game very special. Granted for the Super Bowl the prices were very high… But they were high at all hotels within a hour or two drive to the city. They had one night of raffles with door prizes plus happy hour food and beer and wine. Then on game day the put together another festive time for those of us unable to actually go to the game. Additionally my room was cleaned very well each morning and when there weren’t enough towels immediately available the housekeeper kept track and brought them to me when ready. All compliments– no complaints!

This was my third visit to this hotel — my second in only 2 months. Day one, I return from the job site just before 5 pm. Housekeeping has been in my room, I can tell because the dirty towels are gone but the bed has not been made and my kleenex box is still empty. Step out for a snack and come back to find my missing kleenex and my bed has now been made. Day 2, arrive back from job site just before 5 pm again. This time bed is made, kleenex is stocked but now they’ve shorted me on hand towels and washcloths. The coffee maker has not been emptied/cleaned out, my coffee was not re-stocked and they left my $ 2 tip on the coffee maker. Wi-Fi in the room is hit and miss. I had two networks to choose from(one is called staysmart, the other is called holiday inn). I would try to connect to the one that appeared to have the strongest signal, but as soon as I’d choose it, the other one would show a stronger signal. More often than not, the comfort inn across the parking lot seemed to be the strongest signal — too bad I didn’t have a password for that! When I’d finally connect, I’d be OK for awhile, then lose the connection. Sometimes it would only be lost for a minute or two, but it would re-connect to the OTHER router, sometimes to the same router. Either way, I’d have to log in again. If you leave the room with your phone connected to wi-fi, you won’t be by the time you get to the lobby. If you connect in the lobby, you’ll lose your connection by the time you arrive back in your room. I actually called the ehost tech support. They told me to walk around the hotel to see if I could find a stronger, more reliable signal, then ask to change rooms to that location. Seriously!!! When I was here two months ago, the universal machine was out of order, so that meant no weight training. Checked out the gym upon arrival this week and noticed a subtle change. The equipment is STILL out of order, but now there are printed signs plastered all over the equipment stating that it is «temporarily» out of order! Again, seriously!!! It probably took longer to print and attach the signs than a good repair on the equipment would have taken. It’s been at least two months — how much longer is «temporary»?!?
